"I am posting this review again because I don’t know if it got posted and I wanted to say that our family is absolutely thrilled with the work that Todd and his team did on our basement!!!! We recently moved into a new house and needed a large, 1500 square foot basement finished. Todd helped design the perfect space which includes a separate room with a walk in closet, a full bath with tiled walls and floors and even a hide away play area for our kids!! The lighting and fixtures were great too!! We trusted Todd the whole way through and he did not disappoint one bit!! We didn’t have any problems or disagreements during the entire project!! We love it so much and our kids are already playing in the big open room!! Thanks again Todd and team for making our home even more beautiful and for completing the project on time!! "The appointment process was fine. Plumber was punctual. The price was not justified nor explained other than "we can't do 15 minutes of work for $200". The cost of the job to replace the fixture and put a shutoff valve was quoted at $521.00. This is $50 in materials and an hour or less of work. There was no issue with access to the inside or outside. The inside access is typical and in the unfinished part of the basement. I turned down the quote and have called to talk to the company management to understand how this could be this costly and have not received a call back. It seems that pricing is based on what they think you will pay based on where you live or other reasons and not the typical markup and labor model. Be aware and warned. The impact on me was changing my whole day around and the wasted time. Not to mention asking other plumber to not respond due to APEX being the first."
