We chose Eagle Eye Roofing a few years ago to redo our roof. It had may angles and we had some problems with water overload on the downspouts. Nick and his crew were amazing with their attentiveness to every detail! He made recommendations we never would have thought of. In the end, the roof looks beautiful, the downspouts and coverings work exceptional well and we would not hesitate to recommend Eagle Eye Roofing to any of our friends. They are reasonable and very neat in their cleanup plus we had a great time talking with the crew as they did their work.

In September, I called Nick and asked him to come give me an estimate on my roof. When he got here, he was very professional, climbed onto the roof and looked me dead in the eye and told me I didn't need a new roof. I had 5 or 10 years left on my roof in the condition it was in now. I was shocked that a contractor would turn down the money. I then asked him if they did doors and patio coverings. He said yes. I told him that he was a very honest guy and he was who I wanted doing my work because he was fair and honest. Due to weather and other issues, they could not start until November. They put a roof over my patio, new doors on the front and back of my house, replaced the boots on my roof, put a new chimney cap on and cleaned up after themselves every day they were here. The guys he sent out here were very professional and dedicated. They did everything asked of them with no complaints. They were even here till about 8 o'clock one night of their own accord. The finished product was more than I asked for. Professional, clean and knowledgeable employees. I fed them due to them working on the weekend since I didn't have a problem with it. I would highly recommend Eagle Eye for any work that needs to be performed on your home. Nick actually has photos of the roof over my patio. A+ in my book.

Normally I do not write reviews. But I felt this was needed to say. I have a 3000 sq. foot home that sprung a leak near the roof vent just before winter during a heavy rainfall. Because the home is 20 years old, we decided to consider having the entire roof replaced. I checked with Home Advisor and they gave me 4 of their top-rated roofing contractors. Immediately on the scene was Eagle Eye Roofing Company. Nick made a very good first impression (very professional). He was concerned about my situation, recommended a quick solution for the leaky roof and stopped the leak right away. This put me at ease. First class work, amazing service, went beyond all my expectations. I contacted over a dozen roofers to repair tree damage to a roof of the house my 97 year old mother lives in. Nick, owner of EagleEye Roofing was one of the few who took the time to respond, I own a couple of properties, and this seems to be the norm for responses. He also had the shortest response time and followed up on all our communications himself. The crew he sent not only did first class work, but they were professional and corrected an existing problem that had been annoying me for years. Nick took the time to explain the difference in size between current shingles and the original ones, which is the level of communication his company has. Since mom lives in the house alone the crew took the time to notify her when they would arrive, so she was not caught off guard when they showed up. During their down time they removed the leaved off her porch and front yard, not once but twice. Nobody asked them to do this, it is just the character of the people EagleEye employs. Mom had nothing but wonderful things to say about everyone who went to the house. The work EagleEye did is flawless from matching the original shingles to painting the inside of the roof planks they replaced. Gutters are solid and for the first time in years function correctly. Clean up was complete and done as the work was done, there was never any debris left in the yard. A neighbor who lives two houses down watched the entre repair from start to finish and asked me for EagleEyeâ  s contact information so he could use them in the future. The job on our roof was excellence from start to finish. Nick helped us to pick the material, and gave us suggestions on colors and trim which gave us a beautiful result on the finished look of the house. This new roof really is an â upgradeâ to the look of the house, as well as to the structure. The crew protected the gardens around the house and the sides of the house itself with tarps, and cleaned up every night before leaving. They worked long hard days, arriving just after sunup and leaving after sundown. They replaced damaged wood and corrected areas where flashing had been misapplied in the past. Mike took pictures of everything and explained any concerns and how they were being addressed. We were kept up to date on the progress at all times. One aspect of the crew that we would like to mention is that we never heard any argument, or even a raised voice from any of the men. They were extremely courteous and pleasant with us at all times. The quality of the work was evident to us as it went forward, and will be evident to anyone viewing the end result. We understand that one of our neighbors, seeing the work that was being done on our house, has contracted with Eagle Eye Roofing to replace their roof, as well.
