Went above and beyond just replacing a few shingles to doing a few other items that were noticed during the repair. Came back a second time to replace additional shingles that blew off at no charge.

Exterior Home Project We had Eagle Eye Roofing put on a new roof, gutters, and siding for our home. Joel (my main contact) was great during the estimate process, explaining the project and the cost. Joel and Mike were very patient and made sure I was happy with everything. They made me feel that I was an important customer and that none of my questions or concerns were out of line. I found the roofing crew was very efficient and paid attention to safety concerns at all times. Mike’s attention to detail on the siding was an added bonus. Communication was excellent as I never worried if Joel would get back to me as he always did in a timely fashion. He was also here to hammer out the details at the end of the job. The roofing and siding project went well and we are very happy with the work, very professional, and of high quality. Overall, a great experience. I highly recommend Eagle Eye Roofing, and couldn't be happier. I will hire Eagle Eye Roofing again for any future projects. My house looks great. 5 Stars. Project completed 12/2021

Can not say enough about them, from the initial phone call with Katherine to the estimate with Joel to the roofing crew. They did an amazing job from start to finish. They were very honest, dependable, respectful! You will not be disappointed at all. Our roof looks amazing!! The roofing crew did an excellent job cleaning up as well!!

I can't say enough about the owner and installation crew at Eagle Eye Roofing. Their professionalism, knowledge and attention to design and detail were superb. I interviewed five roofing contractors, and Eagle Eye stood out from the start. I recommend them without reservation.

They were prompt, worked very hard and completed the job quickly. Everything was cleaned up, the landscape was protected and I am very satisfied with the results. I would recommend them.

To begin with when you call Eagle Eye Roofing you are greeted in a friendly manner by Christine, she was just a sweet person to talk with. The Sales person, Joel, came to my home and was very pleasant and easy to work with. The price was excellent compared to a previous estimate by another company, and he took pictures and explained exactly what would be done. I had a leak in my family room so I was concerned about the wait time for the installation. He assured me he would get me scheduled as soon as he could and to my surprise it could be done within a few days. The installer, Mike, was on time and professional, he also explained the installation process and the materials being used. He found an issue with my downspout and took care of that repair. The flat roof looks awesome and I am extremely pleased and happy with everything.

When it was time for us to re-roof our house and detached garage, we contacted four companies and had them come to the house for an estimate. Jon with Eagle Eye Roofing was the only individual who not only came and did the estimate, but he also gave us a price, went into depth about the companies philosophy of customer service, had samples of the materials, and went over their installation process. He actually took time, got to know us, and was 100% transparent on possible additional items that might be required for the job. Eagle Eye was also NOT the most expensive of the estimates we had done: their price was VERY competitive. The final price was just slightly over the estimate, because we had to have some lumber replaced: something you can not accurately predict. The job was also completed in one day; which is very impressive: we have a lot of roof on the house, AND a 2 1/2 car garage! Their workers were friendly and incredible efficient, and the clean-up was good (there was a lot of stuff!!). I would absolutely recommend Eagle Eye. Beautiful job, highly meticulous work, they actually did what they said they were going to do. Quality roofing contractor, protected our plantings and our lawn, nothing was damaged in any way. They added vents for our bathroom and kitchen fans where none existed to exhaust steam and fumes as that was originally exhausted into the attic. This roofing contractor performed work outside their area of expertise by adding in 84 bags of blow in insulation to our attic. Thank you.

They were very helpful in advising me with regard to repairs and upgrades needed to my roof. They were on time and got the job done in a reasonable amount of time. I would recommend them to anyone needing to replace a roof.
