I had a good experience with them. They are excellent. They did a very good job. We asked them to do something as far as running the air conditioning line out to the outdoor compressor. Some people told us they could not do certain things and Crown just did it. It has worked fine. The price was reasonable. I had a couple of instance where I had problems with the furnace or air conditioning and it has been warranted. They have been very prompt and done a good job so far. Their support is good.

I purchased a yearly maintenance agreement for furnace, air-conditioner, humidifier and air cleaner.. Doug was thorough, punctual and gave me good advice as an and quot;ownerand quot;. Can't say enough good about the company. Hope to see them year after year.

Russ and Cory showed up at exactly the time I was told (8:00 A.M. ). They both were very professioanl and pleasant. They wore shoe covers and laid down a path of covers to protect the floor. It took 1 1/2 days to complete the installation of both the Furnace and A/C. Way ahead of schedule. They did a good job cleaning up.

This is our second time to purchase a year long service contract with Crown. Each technician who has performed service on the a/c or heater has been friendly, professional, on time and thorough.

I asked lots of questions concerning the current thermostat setup and got great information on options to change it. Crown has always been straightforward and honest with me and I have used them for many years.

Crown always did our annual maintenance and they did a great job. A few times we needed a repair, they were always there and were up front with their estimates. I did switch to another provider when I was shopping for a new HVAC system in 2010. Crown was beat by a competitor by over $1000 for the same product. Perhaps that has changed now and their prices on new installs are more reasonable and fair. I never had any issue with the people, management, etc. If you get a good quote from them and are pleased, I think they are a great choice.

They are very responsive especially in emergencies they make arrangements to be here. They still come out and look at the job and see what's necessary like if your hot water tank is leaking or vulcanizing they'll make an adjustment to have water keep running out. They will also make arrangements to get the parts and to make the repair as quickly as possible. They have excellent staff of repair-techs to repair anything plumbing wise that you need from all the way boilers to have water tanks to redoing a bathroom. I have used them since 1998 and they have built two bathrooms for me. They are very good at what they do and very knowledgeable.

I called Crown Heating and Cooling for problems related to poor cooling on the second floor on a new home. They installed the cooling system on this new build and responded promptly for work under warrantee. The serviceman arrived on time and was very personable. He showed us how maximize our system which we haven't been doing since we moved in and also discovered some loose fan blades all the while talking about his family like we were neighbors. Before he left he mentioned that the office would call to set up a time to install the new blades. Again this was work under warrantee. I will definitely stay with this company.

WE HAD JUST BOUGHT OUR FIRST HOUSE, AND WEREN'T FAMILIAR WITH THE RADIATED HEAT SYSTEM. THEY WERE VERY THOROUGH AND EXPLAINED EVERYTING TO US AS BEST THEY COULD. ALL OF OUR RADIATORS WERE BLED OF EXCESS AIR AND THE BOILER WAS GIVEN A FULL INSPECTION AND CLEANING. WE ENDED UP CALLING THEM BACK OUT BECAUSE OUR ATTIC WAS NOT HEATING UP AS MUCH AS THE REST OF THE HOUSE, AND THEY TRIED TO ADJUST THE SYSTEM TO ACCOMODATE US. I BELIEVE THE NEWER BASE BOARD RADIATORS UP THERE ARE JUST NOT ADEQUATE TO HEAT THAT AREA, WHICH WAS CERTAINLY NOT CROWN HEATING'S FAULT. OVERALL, I'D RECCOMEND THEIR PROMPT SERVICES.
