Description of Work: This company was terrible. The workers were rude and use foul language even after I asked them to stop. They walked into my home eating a sandwich and said they hadn't eaten lunch. They had to come back a second time because the job was not done correctly the first time. I never received a copy of my bill or warranty until almost a year after the work was done. I contacted the company several times asking for a copy and spoke to 5 different people. Their receptionist was also very rude on the phone. They ruined the vinyl siding on my window and came out to look at the damage, but never fixed it. They have called me twice since asking if I would like to have my house waterproofed. Do they not keep accurate records that I already used them? At least I finally got a copy of my bill. I would never use this company or suggest them to anyone else. If you have a problem with them, they just ignore you.

Description of Work: Water proof the basement and rebuilt a 15ft wall.

Description of Work: Dug up perimeter of all four basement walls, installed drainage system and sump pump and cemented the dug up area. Nice experience from the sales person who came out to explain the solutions to basement leaking and to the actual work crew who did the work. It was a three day job. Crew was on time and worked steadily to get job done.

Description of Work: The company put in basement drain tile around 1/2 fo the basement floor and added a drain sump with a pump to drain outside. in the process they repaired a downspout drain. The work they did on the back of my house was difficult but they completed it. They put down protective barrier and the clean up was done well.

Description of Work: Sealed crack in basement wall and reinforced wall.

Description of Work: Original Services were provided in March of 1997. Basement has been dry with no flooding. Recently, I came into possession of the house and had some questions on the gate valve and secondary sump pump. USA sent out a serviceman in June to walk me through the system. The service man spent the better part of an hour explaining how it worked and tested for blockage in the drainage system. My husband had additional questions and a service provider talked with him on the phone and further explained the system to my husband's satisfaction. Way to go, USA!

Description of Work: I called to get an opinion on a technical issue regarding basement waterproofing and was very impressed. They took the time to answer my questions and explain to me the details of how waterproofing should work. I would recommend them based on this, as they assisted me knowing that it would not lead to new business.
