I'm surprised that I haven't reviewed Jim yet. I have used his services on many occasions. I just called him again to replace an outdoor spigot that is leaking badly. Jim has replaced all three toilets in my home and with his recommendation we have excellent toilets now. He replace a sink and now the spigot. Pepera Plumbing is outstanding and Jim is the only plumber I will call. I have given out his name to everyone that asks for plumbing work and they feel the same way. It's so nice to have a service professional that you can trust and count on every time. Thanks Jim.

They were very responsive when water heater suddenly went out. Arrived next day to replace after it was deemed more cost effective to replace all instead of just a faulty part. Water heater was old and part was expensive. Very good work. Quick.

Jimmy arrived within the time frame as promised and even called on his way to let me know how soon he'd be at my house. He was fast, efficient and very nice and his pricing was very reasonable. He even honored the Anglies list coupon before I had a chance to find it. Jimmy is very honest, likeable and stands by his work. I will definitely call him first.

I love Pepera - they are always prompt and get the job done cleanly and efficiently. They are very patient with me when I ask questions and leave the area where they worked cleaner than it was when they found it. Can't speak highly enough about them.

I used them once and it was a good experience. The thing that they did well was their communication was pretty good. They explained their assessment and they were very helpful in describing all the options. What they could do well is maybe folks that are having an explanatory chat and just inviting them to look at something, could charge less maybe. $95 is a lot of money. The workers were pretty experienced. They were good, not shady. They looked professional.

First of all, Pepera answered their phone when I called early in the morning before most businesses are open. Jimmy asked not only about my plumbing problem, but also about my schedule and what would be convenient for me. He arrived when he said he would and was very professional. We didn't have an access panel, so they cut a small hole in the drywall, replaced the spigot and then covered the hole with an access panel in case it was needed in the future. Everything was cleaned up, and they even re-attached our hose to the spigot when they were done. I was very pleased with their responsiveness, professionalism and quality of work.

They were accommodating, efficient, and unclogged the drain in no time. They cleaned up everything and took great care with the things in my kitchen.

exceeded expectations. not only did he open bathtub drain by snaking, he also cleaned entire tub area and wall using a powerful cleaner. he also repaired a popup assembly in bathroom sink.

The job went well and was completed in one day. Jimmy Perpera and his crew were professional and personable. All permits were applied for and received. Inspections from City of Maple Heigjts and City of Cleveland were conducted. Perpera Plumbing is a reliable company.

I was presented with options and estimated prices during the initial visit. The jobs were completed the same day.

Jim was very responsive with the concern, immediately dispatched somebody to come-out to the house and address the issue. This is the 3rd time in 2 years we've used Pepera, once for a water pipe froze and burst in the basement, another for our ejector pump overheating and stopped working. There's a reason why we keep calling on Pepera, they are prompt, respectful of our urgent need and completes the job done RIGHT!

Work was done efficiently and the results where excellent. Very professional.

Jim spent 20-30 minutes on the phone with me, covering 4 calls to help me diagnose and fix an issue in my water line from the well pump, to the reservoir tank to the main line of the house. Although no visit was made, I am very thankful for the help, and will be sure to call Pepera for my future plumbing needs.

Rich arrived on time, kept us informed of what he was planning to do then took the time to literally draw out exactly where he feels the issue is. He went above and beyond to make sure my wife and I understand what he's done to date and what will be done next to rectify the problem.

Water heater thermostat went out overnight. No hot water that morning. Called Pepera and they were able to come out that day. Replacement thermostat was extremely expensive, due probably to age of water heater, and became more cost efficient to replace entire water heater. Pepera was able to call on price/availability of thermostat, order and pick up new water heater, and install by early afternoon. Pepera was very pleasant to work with, complete great work with no mess left behind. Price seemed reasonable for work completed. Will use them again.

It went great. First, he fit me in. He did not get to my house until 5 PM and he went right to work. He went around and checked all the drains to figure out the best way to clear the blockage. After he cleared the blockage I asked him to snake the sewer pipe down to the street. Having had problems in the past with tree roots this was a preventative measure. As late as it was he stayed and answered all my questions and concerns.

Jim was able to come out the same day I called him. He is professional, knowledgable, and incredibly kind. I never take the time to write reviews, but felt compelled to provide positive feedback because the service was so exemplary. I am grateful to feel like I have a plumber I can count on and trust.

Jim returned my phone call promptly on a Saturday and we scheduled an appointment for Monday morning. He showed up right on time with his partner and they very quickly took care of both problems. They were very careful to not wear they're shoes in the house and cleaned up after their work. I would definitely use them in the future and would recommend them to anyone. Thanks.

I called on a Saturday, and they came out the SAME DAY, within an hour of when I called. The plumbers were very personable and patient. They took time to listen and to troubleshoot by asking questions about exactly what I was observing before getting started. They were done within an hour, and did exactly what they said they would do. I would hire again, and recommend!

Burst pipe -- he could've played the alarmist card, and clearly it never crossed his mind. Was just a human being helping out another.
