Saw this plumbers review on Angieslist AND our neighbors also referred him to us. He was to come out on 9/3 at 8:00 am. By 8:40 my husband texted him asking if he was coming. He never responded back.

Description of Work: Jim and his colleague fixed two leaking faucets in both upstairs and downstairs bathrooms. Very professional, friendly, fast, and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them. I will definitely call Jim again for any other plumbing jobs in the future.

Description of Work: They replaced a broken water pipe under the deck of my house and installed a new outside spigot.

Description of Work: Called on Saturday morning for a plugged poilet. They were at the house within 90 minutes. They were professional and personable. They were so nice and made such a good impression I asked them to install a new faucet on our powder room. They were able to do it immediately. I then asked for an estimate on a larger job in the master bathroom. This is a great example of a business that wants to find long-term customers and is eager to make a great impression - not a common theme amongst service providers in this area. Thanks guys!

Description of Work: I have had Pepera Plumbing to our house twice in the last 3 weeks for different issues. Each time they were prompt, courteous, neat, and professional. Options were explained thoroughly. We had a line snaked and a sink, garbage disposal, and faucet installed. I have worked with other plumbers in the past but have never been this satisfied. I will hire them for ALL future plumbing jobs. EXCELLENT!

Description of Work: I called after I pulled my toilet to replace the wax gasket due to broken bolts and found an old cast iron/lead sealed flange staring me in the eye. After poking at it for a few minutes and a quick google search, I decided I wanted nothing to do with it. Gave Jim a call and unsolicited gave me a trick to replace the bolts without pulling the old flange off. Worked like a charm. Next time I need any service he'll be my first call.

Description of Work: Over the weekend, I had a very slow kitchen sink drain that I was unable to fix myself. I called Pepera first thing Monday morning. They showed up as promised (before noon that day). They cleared up the pluggage and made modification to the drain piping to make any future pluggages easier to deal with. They explained what they were doing - everything worked well and was clean - very satisfied.

Description of Work: The first time they were here they installed two toilet rebuilds and the sec time they were here they unblocked the kitchen drain and put in a new garbage disposal.

Description of Work: Jimmy was very accomodating (I rescheduled the original appt.) and responsive to my requests for assistance. He is very knowledgeable and understood my concerns about post-job cleanup. Jimmy and his assistants cleared two sinks and adjusted my home's incoming water pressure in short order (even as he answered a number of my questions about a future project updating faucets). He is very forthcoming with fees and information, and he charged a fair price. I'm very happy with Pepera Plumbing's service and intend to use this contractor for all of my plumbing work. ( NOTE: This was my first experience hiring this company.) In addition, I really appreciate Jimmy's genuine concern about his customers' opinion of his company and the quality of his work.
