I called others companies and they agreed to give me a free estimate and talk to my property manager and work with him.

Chuck, our project consultant, and Andy, the foreman for our basement project, gave us an unexpected level of detailed service that Ohio Basement Systems must certainly model for and expect from their employees. Chuck was knowledgeable about options for mitigating our basement water problems and met with us several times to present solutions. We were impressed with the range of options that Ohio Basement Systems offers, not only to correct our current drainage problem, but for the possibilities for integrating with future remodeling plans. At the time of the actual basement work, Adam and his crew surpassed my expectations. At the start of each day's work, Adam discussed with me the scope of what he planned for the day, and he summarized what had been completed at the close of day. He was professional and lead his crew by example. In addition, the crew minimized dust and placed protective sheeting and drop cloths. We are very pleased with the end product. Great job.

Ryan Monda came this morning to perform the requested service on my Ohio Basement Systems sub-pump. Ryan was the ultimate professional! He called me as requested and let me know he was going to be there in 15 minutes. Ryan answered all my questions, walked me through the service process, showed me what he thought needed performed and he even cleaned up after himself. I will truly make sure he is the guy I ask for next year.

Ohio basement systems, from start to finish, has been very professional. My first thoughts about the price was "wow kinda high", however after observing the work crew for a week I saw all that was involved. The crew was Great, hard workers, very friendly, courteous and extremely knowledgeable about their work. During the project I had many questions and the crew answered all my questions and kept me informed of the process! I would highly recommend Ohio Basement Systems to any and all people I know. Great job Ohio Basement Systems and especially to the three man crew (Alex, Andy & Craig) that completed the project!!!

We were told by the sales rep that it would be a one day job. Day one there were 3 on the crew. Day 2 dropped down to one (I was told that the one that appeared to be in charge had to go to another job for an emergency that came up). The person left to do the job had a tile job and either did not have the right equipment or did not have the experience. Day 3 - tile was recut. I had to point out and make calls about certain details that were left undone. End result - the area appears to be much better than it was and hopefully will stay dry. However, the job was very sloppy (sloppy caulking, sloppy tile work and sloppy paint work, and small details left undone- such as a metal piece under the door left unattached, and a door that was supposed to be repainted, undone.) On a positive note, the employees were all very friendly and respectful.

We were having a problem when it rained with our gutters not draining and overflowing water against our homes foundation. After we were unsuccessful in trying to snake the drains, we called Ohio Basement Systems. They were very prompt to send someone out to appraise the situation and let us know our options. After meeting with them we decided to hire them for the repairs. On the day of our scheduled repair a crew of nice young men showed up to work promptly as scheduled. We were greeted by the crew leader Adam who explained everything in detail to see if we had any questions before his crew began to dig up our yard. Adam was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to thoroughly answer all of our questions. The crew worked hard the entire time they were here. We even tried to get them to take a little break for some homemade lemonade, but they just pressed on. When the job was complete they back filled the trenches nicely. Now here is the best part, the very next time it rained our gutters were no longer overflowing. :-) We want to Thank Adam and his crew of hard working men for a job well done!! From start to finish the process was solid, but the crew that came out and did the work were great led by foreman Adam. They were there on time, completed the work that was supposed to take 2 days in 1 day and worked until 7pm Friday night to get it done in one day vs. 2. The clean up was great and Adam even fixed a little concrete gap in my basement floor when he was doing the concrete work for no charge. This was not a big deal, but it is refreshing to see a contractor that will go above and beyond and pay attention to the details. In addition, every one on their crew smiled the entire day, which is not easy to do when you are doing the hard work these guys were. I work with a TON of contractors privately and professionally and all too often contractors are not the happiest folks in the world and it can be challenging working with them as a result, but these guys all smiled and had a positive attitude all day, which added to the whole experience. Kudos to the whole crew. These guys were a referral to us and I will refer anyone I know needing work to them. That being said, It has not rained yet so I have not had a chance to test how the system actually works....But from a service point of view they exceeded all of my expectations and they deserve a great thumbs up as a result.

Very well. Within schedule, great cleanup, great instructions. They were even very careful when pulling their truck into our driveway. Kyle and the crew worked diligently, and the cleanup was done very well. The job was explained well, answering the questions we had about future needs/concerns for our walls.

My husband and I cannot say enough about what a great experience this was for us. The flooding issues we'd been having were an absolute nightmare and the peace of mind we were given once we were able to see a dry basement after a big storm is just beyond words. The team arrived on time both days, and the crew leader, Adam explained the day's work, then they immediately got to it. Everyone involved was incredibly kind, professional and hardworking. We were so pleased to see that the paneling they needed to cut to get to the floor below it was done very neatly, so that we could slide it down and put some more above it at a later time. They also made sure that we turned off our AC before they started to use the jackhammers, so that dust wouldn't fly through our home. The job took two days and we couldn't have been happier with the outcome. As well, once the job was finished they took care to clean up and make sure things were back to the way they were when they came. We will absolutely be recommending this company to those we know, and will return in the future should we need any other services!

Well......where to start. I live in a wet area and my basement has been water proofed 3 times by other companies. They have all failed. I believe all three are out of business now......which is a shocker!!!!! I found Ohio Basement System in Twinsburg Ohio and had them come out and give me a solution for my wet basement. Now when I say wet basement, I mean WET. Water all over the place. Troy Bosak came out to my house and looked it over and came up with a solution that should take care of my issues. Since I have a lot Iron Oakra (sp?) in my water or ground, they have a product that lets me open the top of the pipe up and clean out the pipe if it gets clogged. Troy gave me a quote and we excepted it and scheduled it to be done. The crew lead by Adam, came out and worked long and hard, for days to complete the tear out and install of the new system. It took longer than expected but the boys kept on going until it was complete. That is some hard work. I gave it a couple weeks and the basement was still a bit wet, not as bad as it was before but still wet. They called me to ask how it was working. I told them it was still wet and they set up a repair man to come out the next Saturday morning to take a look. He came out and checked things out and could not find issues with the system. The next Monday, their service manager (sorry, forgot his name) called me and asked if they could try putting one of their Sanidry dehumidifier in the basement for a while and see if that helps. He offered to bring it out and hook it up for me. There was no need for him to do that, I asked if I could just take it home and hook it up and try it out. They brought it to my place of business for me and loaded it in my truck. I took it home and hooked it up in about 5 minutes and fired it up. Right away water started to be drawn from the "air" thru the Sanidry. I could not believe it. We let it run for a couple weeks and found it was getting drier and drier everyday. After about 2 weeks our basement was dry as can be. During this two weeks or so several people called me from Basement Systems to check on me and showed concern that it was working and that I was taken care of. Once we found that this was taking care of the problem I purchased the Sanidry and it has been working great since. I AM VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE ENTIRE PROJECT FROM THE FIRST CALL TO THE END OF THE PROJECT. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND OHIO BASEMENT SYSTEMS.

Installation went well. Workers very courteous. Needed to come back to do some rework 2 times and came at no additional cost. Service professional Jason was great , hard worker and pleasant.

Alex and his crew arrived on time, went over the work plan with me, showed me the equipment they were using and the fasteners to pin the straightened wall in place. The job took 2-1/2 hours to complete. The wall was returned to its original position. They cleaned the work site up and took all debris with them. I was pleased with the results. The crew worked very well with each other, anticipating what was needed at every step of the process. The guys were polite, professional, and knowledgeable. They paid attention to every detail.

We called Ohio Basement Systems in March 2016 to get an estimate for our basement. We had been dealing with dampness for years and growth on the walls that ran along the dive way side of our home. They had an inspector come out the next day, he was very polite and able to offer several solutions. The cost was reasonable but, my husband and I wanted a little time to think it over. The inspector never made us feel pressured which was very important to us, we wanted to really think things over without jumping in. We had two other estimates that same week and decided to let Ohio Basement Systems fix our basement. We were able to begin work this June and the crew showed up on time and took the time to even lay plastic down in the entry way to our basement so our floors were kept clean. The crew leader kept us up to date on the progress they were making and was happy to answer the questions we had. The job was completed in three days and our basement looks beautiful and so far has remained dry even after the recent heavy rain we had. We are very pleased with the way our basement looks and we will be recommending them to all of our family and friends.

It went better than expected on my basement system installation. My primary installer and technician - Terrance - did a fantastic job end-to-end, especially on the prep work to ensure a clean home afterwards and avoid any additional clean up. I was very impressed with how engaged and service-orientated Terrance was, it clearly showed in the final product too. Most importantly, Terrance was able to quickly detect and troubleshoot while on-site another area of basement needing to be addressed immediately that all others bidders/competitors basically simply missed in assessing work, which saved literally hundreds in potential re-work and a lot of additional frustration. Great job Terrance and also Troy who helped him out too.

Adam, the foreman that worked on my house, as well as his crew were very professional and extremely thorough in their work. He took the time to explain every part of the process to me in detail, showing me pictures of all the work they had done down in the crawlspace. I feel confident in the job they did and will definitely recommend them to others!!

The initial sales process was really professional. We even had powerpoint presentation. The Cost is quite high. But it is understandable with a company that even has a TV commercial. I was told the job will be completed in 1 day. On the day when the work was supposed to be performed, the service person Matt and his crew told me that they had equipment issues. We had to reschedule. The next time he showed up, the equipment failed int he midst of the procedure. So we have to postpone a second time. He also left a hole in my yard from trying to get out. Instead of just leaving it there, he came and told me about it and that he would fix it. At this point I was getting really skeptical at the quality of work. Matt showed up a 3rd time. Got a majority of the work done. But it started to rain that day and he continued working in the rain. He stayed as late as he could to get the job done. He couldn't finish that day but came back out a 4th and even a 5th time. It felt like the work was dragging on. After talking to him I realized that he was a perfectionist. He wanted to make sure each segment was perfectly leveled and not just eye balling it. He had a leveler trying to level everything. I was impressed and respected his tenacity on getting the slabs leveled. When he completed his work he did as he promised to fix the hole in my yard he caused. This whole experience makes me think that if they have service providers like Matt working there, then I will be guaranteed a perfect job. I will definitely keep them in mind when I am ready to do any future work

From start to finish they were very professional. They arrived on time and reviewed the project with me before beginning. Every time there was a deviation, they asked me before proceeding. Everything looks great and they did an excellent job cleaning up. That were friendly and answered every question I had. Would definitely recommend them.

Installation was very quick and clean, less than 4 hours. System is designed to take care of cracks and bend over a period of time while also stabilizing the wall. Adam and his crew were great to work with and did a great job.

They said they would be done in a day and they were. They cleaned up after themselves and explained the completed job to us. I was really happy with the way things worked out.
