Ohio Basement Authority

So from the beginning the company was awesome. They came to my home and did an assessment. They came in under cost of others, with more being done. I was told what to expect prior to the visit(jackhammering etc) so I could adjust accordingly as I work from home. The day of the appt the foreman Oliver was great at communicating when he would arrive and what we were doing. None of the guys minded having my dogs sneak up to them for love. They completed the 1st day tasks pretty quickly. The next day they were a man short, but Oliver and David worked well and completed the basement as contracted. They were amazing, friendly and showed me what they were doing every step of the way. Got to say as a female in Ohio, most people defer to my husband and I'm left out of knowing what's going on directly, but not Oliver. He explained it to me directly since it was I who contracted with them. The finished project was great and expectations were set about warranty and the curing of the concrete. I am impressed with the company as a whole; the people who I have come in contact with from them have been exemplary!
