Description of Work: Called to have 3 garage doors lubed and adjusted. Lubed springs and wheels, adjusted springs, and adjusted tracks as best as possible because they were dragging on the trim and not level on the concrete. The doors were improved but the way they were originally installed did not allow them to be level.

Description of Work: J&S Installed a new garage door opener. This was a replacement for one that failed (many years old, not theirs). Great job, product quality and features. Only reason for "B" on the price was that they only offered professional grade device.
