Description of Work: Went great. I brought him a purse and suitcase for repairs. They were completed on time at a very reasonable price. It was good to find someone in my area that did suitcase repairs.

Description of Work: I had repairs done on three pairs of shoes. The work was done promptly, the shoes look great, virtually like new. The price was a little more than I expected but well worth it. I would definitely use them again. The only minor drawback is that parking can be a challenge.

Description of Work: I had a shoe repaired. Seems had come off at the heel and they patched it. A beautiful job. First I thought it was bit expensive but I was totally satisfied upon seeing the final product.

Description of Work: The strap of a purse needed to be reattached by loosening the tiny screws and sliding back on. The personable young man did it while I waited, and because it was such a small job he didn't charge me anything. In every way I felt comfortable there and could see that they were very busy - a good sign. I wouldn't make the "no charge" available on Angie's List... I did give him a dollar tip. |
