Had a yellow jacket nest somewhere in an inaccessible attic space. The bees were getting into the bathroom through the walls. Absolute Pest Control sent out a professional the next day. After some application of pesticides, the bees were 99% gone by that evening and 100% gone in a couple of days. We opted to use a professional due to the scope of the problem and after this experience, I would consider using them again for most any pest control problem. For the price and convenience, it is not really worth doing it myself. SOLAR

The colony was eliminated within 5 days. The technician made an initial visit to treat the problem, and a followup visit to ensure problem was resolved. Technician was very knowledgeable and professional. He gave a warranty of no re-infestation within 6 months of treatment, which did not occur.

We were totally satisfied with their work. They were very thourough and friendly besides. They explained first what they were going to do and they explained how long it would take to see results. They arrived at our house at the time they stated they would be there. They got right to work and advised us when they were through. We saw results within one and a half weeks and we saw total results around the two week mark. We have used them twice so far and we would reccomend them to anybody.

They are the best! Brad and Chuck are always very professional and courteous.

While I wish the cost was a bit less, they are a good and reliable company. Everyone I have interacted with is professional and helpful. If the spray doesn’t take the first time (because of rain, for example) they come out again and take care of it without hesitation or delay. Yes, I plan to call them again soon. I have used them for many years.

On June 28, 2012, we found a parade of ants in our basement and called a good pest control company which we'd used in the past. They were unable to come until the following week. We found Absolute Pest Control in the phone book and didn't know what to expect, but the owner said they could come that afternoon so we decided to hire them. The technician was at our home in an hour. He confirmed that we had carpenter ants and the area in our basement where they were headed was where they had a nest. We told the technician that we're very concerned about any chemicals used in our home. He was very courteous, knowlegable and professional and explained everything to us in detail. We asked that he do minimal treatment inside our home and, if possible, treat only the area of the nest.. He understood our concerns and was agreeable to that and said that if the ants weren't gone within 3 weeks, that he would come back and do the more extensive treatment at no extra charge. He also treated the whole outside perimeter of our house with a different, more potent chemical. Most of the ants were dead in a day and after 2 days there was no more sign of live ants. It worked out well and the ants were eradicated with only minimal treatment indoors as we had hoped. We were pleased with Absolute Pest Control's service and would hire them again.

Chuck was a great person to work with. He was able to catch a mouse and we learned a lot from him. He was able to find the entry point. He caught one first and I asked for him to come back out to fill the whole as there was another mouse that my husband was able to catch. He was able to arrive within approximately 20 minutes of my first call on December 17th as well as on the follow up call on January 10th.

I have a year’s contract with them. The amount that I pay them for this contract covers a lot of stuff. It’s like a package deal. They are very good and very thorough. I love them and I wouldn’t have anybody else. They are considerate and they come out right away. They are thorough. I had a buzzing sound in my bathroom for days and I thought it was a fly but I couldn’t see anything. They came out and they didn’t even have to look. They knew that it was a wasp in between the wall making a nest. They told me the whole history of it like what that wasp was going to do and what to expect. They said the only way to get it out was to go onto the crawl space of the ceiling and manually get it out and spray, so that it would not come back. They not only did that in ten minutes but they went on our roof outside and sealed up some little spaces that they thought the wasps might try to come in again in the future. They went way above and beyond their call of duty. It was definitely a positive experience there. I will use their services again in the future.

It was the first time we used them. There have been no ants since then and it was almost like immediately. The guy who did the service said that it would take up to two weeks, but almost immediately I noticed that there were no more ants in the house. He said there might be some that could come in to go back out to their homes and they will die on their way back, but I didn’t notice any after that. They did warranty their work for six months, which is amazing. We are in the process of buying a house and we found out that there were carpenter ants after the inspection was done. So, there was another company that did the service and they only warranty their work for one month. That other company said that they had the best warranty in the business. The price charged by Absolute Pest Control Service for spraying and for the warranty was under $300. The person who came out was very knowledgeable. He explained about the different kinds of carpenter ants and the different jobs that they had. I got way more information than I really needed to know. They were very punctual. In fact, he gave me a two hour window that they would be here. He was actually sitting down the road waiting for the time window to start and the minute it was the time window, he was here. I called them and they came out the very next day. I have a huge tree in the front yard and he said that there are two carpenter ant nests on the tree. So, he sprayed the tree as well. He didn’t charge anything extra for that. He sprayed really well. We would definitely use their services in the future too. In fact, we are going to use them in our new house if we have any problems in the future since the company the sellers used doesn’t provide a long term warranty.

I have used their services in the past too. The job went great. They are very prompt and efficient. It went all right the first time. The price was between $100 and $200. They do the job right and they are very friendly as well. I would definitely use their services in the future too.

Very professional service - with very successful results. The tech also noticed some indicators for mice and walked me through the basement and around the foundation indicating potential entry points and how to treat them. Very happy with the level of service and the excellent results.

We have a yearly contract with them. They took care of both the problems efficiently and they have got a lot of knowledge. They took into consideration that we have pets and small children so they were careful in what they were using. If there has ever been a break through problem they have come and took care of it. It's always been a prompt and courteous service. We have been very happy with them.

Super speedy with same-day service. Tech actually called ahead to see if he could come early, which was great. He inspected the areas we had seen/heard mouse activity and ended up setting open bait traps on 2 levels of the house. He pointed out areas to repair to help keep mice out and explained do-it-yourself and professional methods for the repairs. He also found wasp and carpenter ant activity while inspecting the property. I chose to have him take care of the wasps and manage the ants myself. Great job overall.

I logged on to Angie's list from work after discovering a giant nest by our sidewalk before work one morning (like a giant basketball size). I called their office, gave them my credit card, and they took care of the nest the same day. For about 60 bucks, I had the problem taken care of in the same day, and didn't have to come home to meet the technician. Very professional and reasonably priced.

Called at 10am, given estimate for yellow jacket treatment, and time window of 2-4pm on the same day. Service tech arrived promptly at 2, thoroughly inspected the area, and quickly treated the problem area. Efficient and courteous.

They basically made sure that carpenter ants weren't getting around the house. It went well overall. They came very quickly. They were here within a couple of days. The guy who came out was very professional and courteous. We have used them twice for the same thing. They're very nice and thorough and we haven't had any problems since.

The spray has been effective all season at preventing beehives from appearing. This is the second year we've had Absolute Pest and they do a nice job. Make sure you don't clean your windows BEFORE the whole house spray though!

We had been invaded by Yellow Jackets.I called Saturday morning and was given a timeframe of 2:00-4:00. Approximately 2:15 the technician arrived and quickly located the nest. In less than 1/2 an hour the problem was taken care of and we are Yellow Jacket free. The technician was friendly, courteous, fast, and very informative. We even got a warranty on the service. Should we ever need an exterminator again we will definitely call Absolute again.

Absolute Pest advertised emergency service and came through for me. I called them on a Saturday morning and I was so grateful they could come before I had 500 yellow jackets swarming through my house!
