As usual prompt friendly service. Well worth having Absolute on the yearly service contract. Great people to work with.

They are very responsive and thorough.

They are very courteous they came out right away and what I like the most is they do have real uniforms as seen in TV. The price is competitive and much cheaper to others.

Travis is awesome! He's been servicing me for years and I wouldn't want anyone else for my pest protection. If you have ant or other pest issues during the year they will come out promptly at no additional charge

After second application no sign of mice, eventually signed up for a annual preventative maintenance for pest control.

I called for an appointment, the phone staff was very courteous. My tech was Aaron, I believe. He was on time for the appointment. He figured out fairly quickly the area upstairs they were getting in, treated there and the entrance outside. He said he was done initially in about 15 mins. But when he was double checking, he discovered a second entryway they made outside and treated there. Aaron was very friendly and knowledgeable and, let me take a pic of him in his bee suit, which I'm sure he's done a thousand times. I haven't seen any yellow jackets inside since. The work is guaranteed until Dec 31st. I pla on using them again for routine treatment for other bug issues.

The service call was excellent. The tech inspected my property and found a nest in the basement wall in addition to the nest that triggered the service call. Both were abated quickly and effectively and at a reasonable cost.

Went well. Did the job professionally and haven't needed to return.

I called and set up the appointment with Brad. He was kind, informative and had someone at my house the next day. Derek and Travis came out to my house they inspected an area for carpenter ants. They were quick to put my mind at ease. They were extremely knowledgable, thorough and patient with me. They went through my entire house and answered every question I had. I ended up purchasing a year long package which was very reasonable for what it entailed. I would reccomend them and for sure use them again!

OUTSTANDING! Called Sunday night and left a message. They called back promptly Monday morning and came that afternoon. By the time I got home from work no yellow jackets and no ants! Very prompt and very professional! I wish I had called them sooner!

Service was great! I was able to get service on the same day I called - I was given a 2 hour window and they arrived within the first hour. They sprayed the whole length of the eaves to ensure that all the wasps were destroyed, then dust the entry point and nest to ensure they won't come back. Fast and friendly service.

Technician was prompt, professional and informative. Completely happy with experience. This company is responsive and reasonable. At this point they are the company I'd contact for future needs.

This is the second time we used Absolute Pest Control. Both times they did an excellent job. The service techs were on time and very professional. The last time we used their services we had no insect problems for two years and we're confident the results will be the same this time.

I called at 10 AM, had a service team by 12:15. Travis and Greg showed up right a the beginning of the time window I was given. They went straight to inspection, explaining in great detail what the plan was depending on what they found upon inspection. They treated the interior with bait. Gave me thorough instructions. Inspected outdoors and alerted me to the source of the mice so I could repair it,but gave me the helpful hint to wait two weeks to allow the mice poison to get them out first. Very courteous. Gave me the 10% Angie's List discount.

Kevin came out promptly and took care of the nest. My wife was present during the time. I filled the hole where the bees were getting in, so we had a few hundred bees die in our basement. Nothing a vacuum couldn't handle. We were glad to have the warranty for three months, but haven't needed it. The nest seems to be dead and we no longer have bees.

I used Angies List option to contact APS. They sent me an email a little bit later with a phone number to call. I called in and was asked for my phone number so the owner could contact me. I was called shortly and told him what I needed. i had found a hornets nest in an ornamental tree just outside my house next to the driveway. I was told the cost is 75 plus tax ( don't know if that is with the Angies discount coupon or not) and they could come out the next day between 10AM and 11AM. They were in my driveway about 9:55. The technicians were courteous, explained they would blast the nest out of the tree and that I should stay out of the front yard for the day as the worker hornets that were out from the nest will be trying to find it. I was told the work was guaranteed until Dec 31 of this year. I guess that would be in case the hornets rebuild the nest in the same tree. I had to go out before they started the work. When I got home that evening the nest was out of the tree and some melted pieces of nest on the ground below. Problem solved. Good job.

Great. The technician cleaned up the mess from the ants and explained everything.
