Returned my call, scheduled and arrived all same day. Came out, scoped out problem and repaired by replacing outlet and garbage disposal switch. Then labeled my fuse box. Very clean, kind, prompt and knowledgeable. No bad comments. I will definitely call him again when I have other electrical problems.

Mr. Collier was very nice and professional. He arrived on time and even confirmed the appointment time the night before which I really appreciated. He even called in advance of arrival to let me know he was on the way. Upon arriving, I explained the absence of an inside electrical outlet on the wall I wanted the outside outlet to be placed. Eric assessed another option, coming straight from the electrical panel in the basement. This was going to be a little more than the original cost due to the work needed to do it this way rather than connecting to an existing inside outlet. I was totally in agreement. He and his nephew finished within the original time frame of one hour. I would definitely use him again.

Collier Electric is Professional, Efficient, Value Priced and Courteous. The electric panel in my existing home dated back to Oct 1965 (yes, screw type fuses). Eric and Brad provided a concise and detailed explanation of the work they would recommend to overhaul the existing box. When we decided to move forward with the project, Eric was communicated very well his eta and confirmation day before the project. What I didn't expect was how courteous this team works among themselves and treated me and my wife. Eric and Brad may very well be the most cordial team we've ever had the pleasure to do business. Eric suggested a time frame for completing the project - and, in fact worked so diligently and efficiently that they finished the project an approximate 1/2 or more a head of time. Eric didn't just leave, he brought me over and explained and trained me on the functions and features of the new electric panel and the updates made outside. I don't think we've ever had anyone that's completed a project do this upon completion in such a kind and courteous manner and simplifying how to operate the product in such the manner as Eric and Brad did. They cleaned up after themselves quickly and efficiently - you would never know that they had even been there. The Collier Electric team conducted themselves with the highest of professionalism. For any future electric projects, I most definitely will hire Collier Electric again. And, if I hear of any family or friends needing electric work - I'll be sure to refer them Collier Electric as well. That's a strong statement - as referring someone to family and friends can come back to haunt you.

Eric said he would be at our residence around 3pm, and at exactly 3:00 he rolled up! Eric had another co-worker with him and they were both very friendly and easy to communicate with. They had a good attitude and were willing to answer any questions about the job itself and the procedure that was needed to accomplish it. I highly recommend them as electrical contractors A+++++++++++++++++! Good job guys~

Eric was willing to work with my schedule to find a good time to come. He and Bradley were on time and very friendly. They were professional and respectful of my home. They went above and beyond to provide me with an excellent customer service experience, and the final price was lower than I expected!

Eric and his assistant, Brad, are very professional. They installed the box, cleaned up the area and answered all of my questions. Eric also fixed a light switch for me - and didn't charge me. I will hire Collier Electric again and recommended them to family and friends.

Eric is incredibly professional. I cannot express enough just how pleased i am with the work he provided. We had a safety concern in our house and he was there within an hour just to make sure we were safe. He was very knowledgable, couteous, and respectful of our property; ensuring that each job was cleaned up.

Eric and his assistant exceeded our expectations in work quality, knowledge, professionalism, cost and friendliness. They were efficient, cleaned up the work area and went that extra mile.....example: one installation required a particular switch he did not have. I offered to run to Menards to get it while he continued to work. Eric pulled out his wallet to pay for the switch - which I did not take - but that gesture made a huge impression.

It went very well, and quite quickly. They asked if they needed to remove their shoes, they spread a drop cloth on the floor to protect the carpet from anything falling from the ceiling. They treated us like royalty.

I was completely satisfied with my experience with Collier Electric.

After talking to him, he came off really rude. He told me he had 14-years experience, but some of things he had told me was not correct or up to code. I would never use him.

I contacted them, and was able to schedule a work date within a few days. The arrived on time, courteous, did the work as requested, cleaned up and I have had no issues with the results. He even told me he would come by later to help install a light if I needed help, and actually stopped by on the way out of town when I had a question. I have other projects that will need to be done in the future, so I will be hiring them again.

The job was done as quoted, quickly, professionally, and was cleaned up when finished.
