It went very well! The 2 man crew was very personable and professional. They quickly measured the areas to be cleaned and provided a very reasonable quote. They got right to work and did a thorough job while making certain not to disturb our belongings. In fact, they moved several things back in place for us when they were done. Having Stoll clean our carpets was a very good experience from start to finish. I would definitely recommend them!

I called to get two area rugs cleaned as well as our carpeted stairs and upstairs hallway. I was told they would squeeze us in because the day requested was the busiest time of year (just before Thanksigiving). When they showed up and saw the rugs, they were disheartened because they explained with the rugs not being very thick and not having padding beneath them, they would end up damaging the hardwood floors as they dried. The workers were visibly sorry for the misunderstanding, but explained we could take the rugs in for a cleaning if we wanted them done at a later date. They also explained that cleaning our couch and loveseat would be fairly expensive and they probably wouldn't be dry in time for when our company arrived for the holiday. They did, however, give us some tips for sprucing them up ourselves with similar results and no expense. After explaining this, they proceeded to clean the carpeting we had requested and explain how to treat it while it was still damp. My wife and I couldn't believe how good the carpet looked once they were finished, as we had convinced ourselves our two dogs had tracked dirt across it, peed on it and thrown up on it too many times for it ever to look this good again. Great experience overall, and we were happy with the price. Plus, the 15% discount they gave us for mentioning Angie's list nearly covered the cost of our subscription.

I contacted Stolls for an estimate via telephone. They responded with a rough quote. Because I live in Columbus, I mailed them a key to the home and provided CC information by phone. A couple weeks later, when the job was completed, we stopped in to look at it. It looked great! They were able to remove or minimize most of the stains, including foot traffic. The carpet did not have any type of stain prevention treatment, and most home cleaning solutions had been ineffective. We stopped by their office to complete payment and pickup the house key. Everything went very smoothly. It was a great experience, especially considering the arrangements were made from out of town, and we had no prior experience with the company.

When we called they were very helpful and attempted to get an agent to our apartment that afternoon. They worked around our schedule. They were on time for the appointment and performed the work quickly and with great results.

Excellent job. Doug explained the process, gave an estimate before doing the work, and took his time. He didn't seem to be in any rush to get out of the house even after spending over 4 hours working. Very professional, and extremely polite.
