Stoll Rug and Furniture cleaners were excellent. They completed our service of cleaning all our carpet in a total of seven rooms, stairway, and hallways. We split the job between two days, having upstairs done first and downstairs done the following week. They accommodated this request very nicely. The two technicians Rodney and Mark were fantastic. Did over and above what we ever expected. We had three estimates for our service but even though they were very slightly higher with estimate than other two companies we chose Stoll first because they are a local company and second the professionalism of Rodney and Mark conducting the free estimate. The price was reasonable. I was very pleased with them.

My carpet is almost 20 years old and I have them out about every six months for a cleaning. They have done a fabulous job of removing stains! They are always professional and very nice.

Overall, they showed up on time, cleaned the carpet and was able to get the stains out of the carpet. They did a really good job. They did a better job than another carpet cleaner that I used last year, and that company was not able to get those stains out. Stoll's was able to get the stains out the carpet looks great.

Very, very well. Two young men, one of whom is Jeremy Dustin, arrived promptly as scheduled. Walked through the house while I showed them what I wanted cleaned. They offered suggestions such as applying Scotch Guard. I have two cats and, as they promised, clean up of the inevitable hairballs has been much easier. As they completed each room they provided an update showing me stains that could not be removed and pointing out areas where a touch stain had been removed. Both gentlemen were courteous, respectful, efficient. I was and remain very pleased with their service. I am now planning on having them come back and clean my living room furniture as well as doing my carpet cleaning every six months.

I called Stoll out to clean my carpets because I haven't found a company that I really liked and would use again.... Until now! Stoll was great. They were very professional and courteous. I had a stain in my carpet for a while now that other companies told me was permanent and would never come out. Stoll got it out. They cleaned everything in about an hour or two, the carpets seemed pretty dry already by the time they left, and I was happy. Finally think I found my carpet cleaning company

Very well although some stains didn't come up. tech was on time, polite, and professional.

Assessed the level of dirt and explained what he was going to do. He applied some cleaning liquid and let it soak followed by water jet like cleaning

Good service. Removed old spots. Carpets looked almost like new. On the downside, they missed a couple of spots.

I've had very good experience with Stoll. Their staff is very friendly and they're very competent. They've done good job whenever I use them. I've never had a problem. They're very good. It's a family owned business. Their pricing was reasonable.

They did an awesome job cleaning our white carpets! We not only had pet stains from a friends dog we were watching but normal mud and dirt as well. I have a 2 and 4 year old who also spilled red and blue juice and chocolate milk in different area's. They were able to get out all of the pet stains, chocolate milk, and mud/dirt. The juice stains are so faint now unless you are looking for them you would never notice. I was very impressed with their work and the fact that the carpets were dry very quickly. I highly recommend them to anyone and we will be using them again.

Good. Only issue was that some of the carpet stains that the initial cleaning crew told us were not cleanable, turned out to be cleanable when we called the office and asked for a second attempt to clean them. To their credit, they sent their best 'stain cleaner' and he was able to remove the stains. It would have been nice if those stains could have been removed by the initial crew. Having said all that, we would use them again!

Both rugs looked horrible when they started. When the shampooing was completed, both areas looked almost like new.

This house is our rental property, and the tenants of two years had just left. They somehow managed to leave a bright red footprint stain in the middle of the living room along with a number of other stains. Stoll Rug & Furniture Cleaners were great-they thoroughly cleaned the carpets, removed the stains, and even noted wear for us. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a professional cleaning.

They did a great job. The carpet and the tile turned out great. Although we tried to move the majority of obstacles out of their way, Stoll employees moved quite a bi more than expected. This is worth noting because they were very careful and respectful of our belongings. They explained how to care for the floors and said to call with questions. Excellent job with outstanding customer service.

We dropped the furniture off. Less expensive doing it this way. (We had a coupon from Angie's list, but they said that we were getting a better discount by dropping the furniture off). They said it would take about a week. It did take 1 and 1/2 weeks, but they did an excellent job.
