Description of Work: Replaced siding,two doors and all gutters,downspouts and extensions. Replaced some wood trim with vinyl and wrapped most of the remainder with aluminum. Several things needed corrected which were then reworked in a timely manner and to our satisfaction. Before project initiation communications were slow but were satisfactory after the work started. The work crews were knowledgeable, friendly and cleaned up well.

Description of Work: PURCHASED A ROOF, NEW GUTTERS, DOWNSPOUTS AND GUTTER COVERS. THEY DID ANICE JOB ON THE ROOF AND I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS REGARDING THE ROOF. HOWEVER, I HAD AND CONTINUE TO HAVE PROBLEMS WITH THE EVE TROUGHS ND DOWN SPOUTS. I CALLED REPEATEDLY FOR THEM TO COME OUT AND FIX OR ADJUST THEIR WORK. EVERY TIME IT RAINED THE WATER WOULD CASCADE OVER THE TROUGHS AND IT LOOKED LIKE THE NIAGRA FALLS. ITTOOK NEARLY A YEAR AND THREATENING TO CONTACT MAY ATTORNEY FOR THEM TO EVEN ATTEMPT TO CORRECT THE PROBLEM. THE PROBLEM WAS PARTIALLY ADDRESSED AND IMPROVED BUT NOT COMPLETELY CORRECTED.
