Description of Work: I don't want my furnace or air conditioner to quit during the coldest or hottest time period. For $150 someone comes at the beginning of heating season and the beginning of cooling season to service my furnace and air conditioning unit. Everything's cleaned, tunef and checked out for potential problems.if there is a problem I get priority service. I've had 2 service calls in 5 years and the cost was very reasonable. I'm very happy with my contract and will continue renewing it.

Description of Work: Furnace was operating, but no heat was reaching house. A leaf had been sucked in and was blocking flow. Repairman fixed it, showed me how to if it ever recurred and did a partial furnace cleaning.

Description of Work: It was one of the coldest days of the Season. I came home from work, and my wife told me the natural gas furnace stopped working in the AM. Most places were closed. M&M provides 24 hr service. I called M&M and they said they would send someone out. I was disappointed when they did not call me back to give me an estimate of when. The house was really cold. After a couple of phone calls, I was finally told they were extremely busy, and would be here soon! The man was actually at my door sooner than I expected. He replaced the thermocouple quickly, and we soon had heat again. He was very nice and professional. The cost was rather expensive, but it was worth it. I would call them again, if I need to.

Description of Work: furnace shut down would not heat house. Service person immediately diagnosised the problem as a plugged water drain and of course fixed it. Also cleaned burners and performed routine maintenance. This was also on a Saturday, so I consider the price to be very reasonable.
