Description of Work: I signed up with Friend's for their quarterly service and they are great. Wonderful and friendly family-owned business. Very easy to work with. Discovered carpenter ants and explained what I needed to do thoroughly. Very happy I went with Friend's versus a corporate company.

Description of Work: We ave used this company for about 2 years. We had a problem with ants on and around our new attached deck. They corrected the problem along with general treatment for spiders and other insects. We highly recommend them. The original service was about $360 and they come once a quarter for $90.

Description of Work: I called them for service at my rental property. Mary was very helpful, describing their service and offering options. She contacted tenant and scheduled service. She told me they remain in contact with tenant and have tenant contact them with issues during first 30 days to take care of problem.
