Wonderful! The problem was eliminated!!

We called Susan at Friends pest and explained that our tenant mentioned she had been smelling a foul odor of some kind thinking may- bee a rodent of some kind had died or something.Susan immediately scheduled an inspection the same day! She sent her best tech over that day and he did a very thorough top to bottom inspection of the property and gave it an all clear for pests :) Susan and Brandon the tech both spoke to our tenant in great detail that all was well and had no worries The tenant had put a large Quantity of Moth balls down on ground , Guess she thought this would rid property of any pests However there were none to get rid of thankfully :) Have informed tenant to remove all mothballs that they placed on ground Susan was very prompt in taking care of the problem and quickly let us know what the outcome of the inspection was. Will definitely be using Friends Termite & Pest Control again Thank You Again Susan & Brandon :)

Mike Lee looked at the damaged baseboard in the basement and told me it is not caused by termites as we had thought. He said it is moisture damage or dry rot. He pointed out that bad drainage in the back patio area forces the water to get into the house causing damage. He also pointed out to me previous signs of termite treatment: plugs in the tiled floors. When we told him about ant problems outside the house, he confirmed that they were citronella ants and are harmless. That the best thing to do is to leave them alone. So although I'm happy its not a termite problem, I now know that I have another serious problem: drainage. We appreciate Friends Termite and Pest Controls honest opinion and assessment of the situation and will call on them in the future if we get termite problems.

He's very thorough. They educate you on what they're doing and what the needs are. They were punctual and responsive.

Micheal cut off the brach the nest was connected to and took the nest with him. Approximatley one week later we had to call for a return visit to provide a second service because hornets were still in the area of the tree. The service removed all hornets The only issue we have is acccording to the Angie's list advertisement they claim they provide a 3% discount for seniors and this was not offered. Otherwise they provided an excellent job and we recommend.

Sue was great in setting up the appointment about an hour after I called. Mike came exactly when promised, assessed the problem and got rid of the bees. Since I live on a lake, we discussed my problem with spiders. They are so professional and so different from the national chain companies. I signed up for the quarterly protection program. I would recommend them to everyone. He came in, did the job and left. No hassle of trying to sell me services I don't need. It was really refreshing to see such professionalism in this world of scams and gimmicks. Their rates are reasonable and well worth it. I feel so much more secure knowing I will have someone reputable to call, if I ever have a problem. Thanks to Sue and Mike for a job well done.

I called Friends on a Thursday evening and talked to Susan. She answered all my questions and then some and was going to try and help me out that night ,in which she did! This is a family business and they are so professional and kind . I guess I wasn't expecting it to go so smooth. they got on my roof and battled the problem and gave me future advice. I cant say enough about all of them. I have already passed along the business card and will continue to do so . I have no fears in the future because I know who I can call and trust! Michael and Sue were so professional and so very helpful. He was prompt and addressed the issue immediately. He called later to let me know if I had any questions at all at any time to feel free to call him. I can't say enough how much I appreciated their service. I would suggest them to anyone who needs pest control. Michael is very knowledgeable and has been doing it for many years and I liked that they were a family owned business. This is a very professional family own business. From the beginning of the call, Susan was extremely pleasant and very professional. She really knows her stuff when it comes to household bugs. Her husband Michael and his assistant came out, ON TIME and did a thorough inspection. At the end, they went over everything with me in full detail and in writing. What was really unexpected, is that, the day they applied the treatment for carpenter ants in my trees it rained really hard later that evening. They called me and stated that they will come back out and apply the treatment again. How many companies do you know does that! It went better than I could have imagined. They tech was right on time and very courteous. He inspected the house, including the basement, garage and sidewalks. I am having them come back on a quarterly inspection/application. I would recommend them and have already to a neighbor.

ok - details. Michael and his employee are SO particular in treating my home like their own. They call before they come, arrive on time, and willingly remove their footwear without being asked. They can spot a bug a mile away and know exactly where to look for problems. We had a horrible bee and wasp problem and they did a very professional and thorough job of making sure the bees and wasps stay away. They also follow up and make sure we're ok and aren't seeing spiders, bugs etc inside the home.

Within a week all ants were gone. We signed a contract for year-round service. We've noticed that we've not had problems with spiders, silverfish, and millipedes that we'd had in the past. The company employees are all friendly and courteous! In addition, my church discovered some problems last week. I recommended Friends, and Mr. Lee came out on Saturday to evaluate the problem. That's service!

Michael checked our house for carpenter bees after evidence had been found during the buyer's inspection. We live out of state and had to make arrangements over the phone. After checking the areas, Michael called me and let me know that the evidence of bees was old, and that there didn't appear to be any new issues. Michael treated the old areas. I appreciated his honesty, his professionalism, and his punctuality. Thank you!!!

We just moved into a new home and discovered it was infested with carpenter ants. Friend's came out and inspected the house and treated for the ants. Within a week we stopped seeing the ants. We also signed up for the quarterly pest prevention program. Highly recommend! Mike, Sue, and Brandon are a pleasure to do business with.

We've been using this service for a couple of years and could not be more impressed. The owner can identify any and all bugs, critters and so forth and sprays so effectively that we just don't see any evidence of problems at ALL. The owner is efficient, respectful, knowledgeable and very thorough. You will not be disappointed.

The owner-operator treatded th house and grounds twice (only charged for one visit) to eliminate the fleas. He was agreeable and stood behind his service.

Inspected the premises for mice. Baited inside and out-from attic to basement. No mice have been seen since their service on 12/7/13, so far. Made arrangements for tenants to contact for future issues. I was so impressed w/ their package and cost, I requested an one year service agreement that was more than reasonable compared to some other companies. I will refer him.

I called on a Saturday and spoke with Susan about an insect problem. Susan was very friendly and willing to help. We scheduled an appointment for Monday at 11:30. She said her husband Michael would be out on Monday at 11:30. Michael was prompt and arrived at 11:20. Michael and his tech Brandon looked over my situation and informed me I had a carpenter ant problem in the area where the roof leak was and suggested a treatment plan and cost to treat this issue. Michael and Brandon were the two most genuine, personable and down to earth guys I've met in a while. Both were also very knowledgeable and professional. We scheduled an appointment for the next day that would fit my schedule. They arrived on time and treated the effected areas. They also said they would call in the spring and apply a barrier treatment around the perimeter of the house. Michael, Susan, Brandon, thank you so much. YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST. Friend's Termite & Pest Control will be my go to guys for all future pest control issues. Nice to do business with a local family business.

They came out to look at a hole into my house near the roof where birds had nested earlier. I was worried a squirrel or raccoon might have gotten into it and didn't want to trap them inside. The first visit they put up some screening material to see if something was using the hole. Later, they came back, found it undisturbed, and put up a very nice piece of triangular wood to cover it. No animals found. Very nice folks.

This is the most professional and friendly pest service we have ever had. They are extremely knowledgeable and courteous. We would highly recommend this company!!

Well, since according to them, I already took care of it with few mouse traps they did not even charge me. Plus they pointed to my small issue in the crawl space to take care of.. Hard to find such honest people nowadays.
