We just moved into our new home and discovered the kitchen sink was draining into the garage just below. Drain Master was here within an hour of my phone call and replaced the part of the pipe that was rotted out. He was very professional and friendly and explained what he needed to do.

We were helped by to representatives of Drain Master. 1st rep., can't remember his name, and can't read the spelling of it. But, he came out for a free estimate of service needed, was very polite, friendly, and helpful. It was the 1st rep., whom made us aware of purchasing our own faucet and spray system, to save money. The 2nd rep., which came out, same day, that was not expected, but was appreciated, "Dustin," also, very personable, a pleasure to deal with, and would welcome them both back in our home, but, we Hope we don't have to... Work was done in an orderly fashion, well, and complete. It was a nice experience meeting the people from Drain Master, and we do recommend them, Quality work, and pleasant to be in their company.

It went great! Dustin did a great job and seemed to be quite thorough and I was very happy with the job.

Also made us aware of other things that we needed to take care of.

I called Drain master for an estimate after a couple other plumbers never returned my call. Bill (owner) answered and we scheduled an appointment for later in the day. Within an hour Bill called and said he was on his way. He looked over my total bathroom remodel, my fixtures I had already purchased and quoted what I felt was a fair price. We scheduled an appointment for the next day at 9:00 am. Promptly at 9:00 Bill and his assistant Shane arrived. They reset the water closet drain and actually reconfigured it to give a little more room against a wall. These guys made four seperate trips during different steps of my remodel to do this job right. Each time I called they were usually here within an hour or so. Bill pays attention to detail and does thing right. He actually called one evening with a suggestion on my remodel on how to set the vanity. Bill and Shane are both most professional and courteous in what they do. They were always on time and cleaned up after each step of the job. I am glad the other plumbers didn't return my call. Drain Master will take care of all my future plumbing needs. I couldn't be more pleased with the service they provided.

After recent heavy rain the drain in the basement backed up and the basement was flooded. Drain Master came out the same day I called, took care of the problem (roots in the drain pipe) and were very professional. I will definitely use them in the future.

The gentleman called us within minutes of reporting the issue and scheduled a time of after 12 pm. He arrived within an hour for his estimated timeframe. He listened to our concerns of the water pressure in our kitchen sink and our shower. He investigated for himself and showed us what he felt the issue was. He gave us options of him buying the faucet and shower head for us or returning to install them after we had purchased them. My husband went to buy e faucet and shower head and called him back (he had left for another job as we had discussed). He returned within an hour of my husband leaving for Lowe's. He quickly began replacing the faucet and showed us some of the features. The water pressure greatly improved and we were thrilled. He then went upstairs and quickly replaced the shower head (at no cost to us!) and we were also impressed with the water pressure! He was very nice and very quick. We would definitely recommend this company to anyone!

The guy that came out was so friendly on the phone and he was at our door in about 40 minutes and he had said he would be here in an hour or so. He worked very quickly (in and out in about a half hour) and explained what he was looking at and doing as he was working. He cleaned up everything that he used and was just overall a very professional, friendly individual!

The owner himself provided service the same day I phoned. He was exactly on time. He answered my questions and explained everything in terms I could understand. He worked quickly and cleaned up after himself. He was very professional, polite, and personable. I will call him for all future plumbing needs.

I found Drain Master on Angie's list. I called around 2:00 by 4:00 Bill had been here, replaced the valve and was gone. I don't recall ever having such quick and efficient service. Thanks so much.

It was a Sunday had 2 to 3 in. of sewer mix with rainwater in basement. the city sewer main was surcharged with rain water. When the cities main drained my basement did not.Called Drain Master they said it would be 2 or 3 hr. do to the number of complaints of flooded basements from heavy rains. They arrived in under 2 hrs. cleared my sewer main out to the cities main with root cutter and then flushed with tap water. Was in and out in about an 1 hr plus a few min, I was talking and asking questions. He wore booties over his work boots and cleaned floor in his work area. No up charge for being on a Sunday.

He was able to promptly come to the house, even though it was not an 'emergency.' He fixed the problem quickly without having to disassemble anything.

I called Drain Master on the Wednesday morning before Thanksgiving, because my toilet had backed-up. They arrived in about an hour! The service man was friendly and professional, and treated me like I was the most important customer, and really cared about my home. The job was completed in about a half hour, and I got a one year guarantee. I will call them again!

These guys are GREAT! I have loads of tree roots, and they had to come out 3 times to get them cleared. They didn't charge me the 2nd or 3rd time, as they guaranteed their work for 6 mos! They are prompt, professional and honest. I highly recommend them!
