Drain Master

Everything went well except for fixing the hot water faucet in a stand alone claw foot bathtub. The tech, Chris, had trouble getting the valve removed due to corrosion. As a result the valve needed to be replaced. Chris went to a couple of supply places to get a replacement with no luck. He then put the old valve back in, which was now unusable. He told my wife that we shouldn't use the tub because of the bad valve, left the bill and then left. I now had paid $365 and had a tub I couldn't use. I called the owner to see what that plan was. He was very defensive right off the bat telling me that he knew what had happened and that was the risks you take and that things like that happen and it wasn't there fault, all before i could even ask him anything. He said I would need a new faucet. There was no plan for them to follow up with me on what to do. It is unacceptable to me that they pretty much told me that I was on my own from this point on. After going to a plumbing supply house and showing them pictures of the faucet, he said the gold colored faucet I had was a $2000 faucet and the cheapest option would be at least $650. He also told me it looked like a Kohler faucet and that I should contact Kohler to see if they could help, which I did. They were able to send me the replacement valve which cost $77. I was able to install the new valve myself. If I had listened to the owner of Drain Master, I would have been spending at least $650 and then the faucet would not have matched the tub. I think Drain Master should have worked with me to solve the problem and suggest calling Kohler and not just walk away from the problem.

Very happy with service. Had a slowly draining shower and called to schedule a cleaning. They called back immediately (it was a Sunday) and scheduled a cleaning for the next morning. We received a call later that they had openings the same day if we were interested. Plumber showed up shortly thereafter and cleaned the shower drain in under 5 mins. We would use them again for sure

I haven't had any problems since the work was done.

The service tech came out to investigate why I was getting water into my kitchen from my shower. Since it was some caulking that needed replaced, he recommended materials and charged me for a service visit.

I called after lunch and within an hour the nice young man came. It took less than an hour and the job was done. Have had no problems with the drain since.

Arrived in 15 minutes from my initial call and had sinks draining within 10 minutes. Was prompt, professional, and friendly.

I called around 4pm on a Friday and Drain Master was there within an hour and a half! I thought I was going to have to deal with a backed up sink all weekend, but they quickly came out and fixed the problem.

Called Drain Master and got a return call from the on call plumber stating he could be there in an hour. Within that one hour he arrived at my home and within 30 minutes the drain was unclogged. Plumber cleaned up the work area and even attached a piece of the bathtub we had removed.

I cannot express enough gratitiude and pleasure with the work Bill did! He was very prompt, fast and explained everything to me. His price was very reasonable as well. He saved me lots of money!! I'll explain. When i went to bed the night after he fixed the sump pump, I kept hearing the sump pump going off but it had not rained, so i didn't know why it kept going off. I soon discovered a hose had burst because my son had left the water spigot turned on after using the hose earlier that day. There was water spraying all down the side of my house and in the grass which is why the sump pump kept turning on. If it hadn't, we would have had big problems!! Many, many thanks and kudos to Bill's work!!!!

It was a s***** job that Bill didn't know he was getting into when he told be on the phone he'd do it for $180. Then when he got there and found out it was a bigger job than he figured, he did it without b*******, a smile on his face the entire time. When he was done, I asked him how much to make the check out for, and he kept to the $180, even though I kept offering more. This guy is a class act. He oozes quality and solid give-a-s*** factor.

We recently moved to Sylvania and quickly discovered the need for several plumbing repairs. Bill, the owner was prompt and corrected the issues in a professional manner. A week later we discovered two new plumbing issues and once again Bill provided next day service and had us backing in working order. A true professional with fair pricing, great advice and great service

They did very well. They were unable to replace a pipe in my fireplace, but everything they did was great.

the plumber was very prompt in returning my call and was out the next day to replace the handle. he did not have the correct handle but immediately out to home depot and found it, returned and had it completed with an hour. I had bought a deal off Angie's list for this service. I will definitely use him again and recommend Drain Master to family and friends in need of a plumber.

The first guy that tried to clean my sewer was great. He was on time and he really tried to fix my problem. He found out what the problem was. My line was cracked 70 feet out. I do not have any issues with him. He was great. The second guy that came out the next day to look in the sewer pipe with a camera didn't seem to know what he was doing. He couldn't get the camera to go down the same line. He kept having issues and finally gave up. He told me to call someone else because he couldn't find the crack. He didn't charge me, but I felt horrible not knowing what was going on. He was not too professional. I called Mr. Plumber for a second try. They were very busy but Ted found the time to come out to help me. Ted and 2 other guys found the crack and said that they city will be calling me tomorrow. Ted didn't understand why the first guy couldn't find the crack and why he left me dangling in the breeze. He was upset that that happened to me. So, because I had to call another company, I ended up having to pay a second fee for drain cleaning....but... they did find the crack. I should have called Mr. Plumber first and I will from now on. They're AAA+ So my point is, if you are using Drain Master to clean your sewer, they're good. If you think that you may have a cracked line, don't waste your time or money. I was very disappointed and I'm out $150.00.

I sent a service request to Drain Master in the evening via Angie's List messaging for service the following day. I didn't expect a response until the following morning but, amazingly, Drain Master responded within an hour after the message was sent. Drain Master arranged a service time with me and the tenant the following morning. Brent explained the process (root removal with a larger diameter root cutter, distance to blockage, etc.). Good cleanup, very professional, good communication and a fair cost. Total time on site: about 45-60 minutes. Very pleased and I would use Drain Master again.

Dustin and Tom were very courteous. They showed up on time and went right to work. They left for a short period of time to get some parts. They also took the time to figure out why I was having a leaking problem in my basement from my bathtub (upstairs). This repair was doable by me, which I appreciated them explaining.

They were in and out in 15 minutes without a mess. They were very quick.

The gentleman worked me into his schedule; arrived on time; worked diligently on the problem, but, ultimately couldn't cut through the ice block. He recommended continuing to leave the door to the pipes open to the house heat and once things thaw to see if it's still clogged. If so, he'll come back out. Only charged me the minimum service charge. Very professional. Drain Master, not only has good ratings on Angie's List, but the first contractor that came out and couldn't clear the blockage recommended Drain Master as they had a larger "snake" that might work. I'll use them again if I need a plumber.

They gave me a deal because my home insurance didn't cover part. They so great about getting there at any time which is critical because of my work schedule!
