Description of Work: The job that was required would not have cost the $113 we paid for the voucher. I feel like we should have received something else.

Description of Work: They snaked my sewer line to reopen drainage. He showed me the roots that were cut out. Will use them again.

Description of Work: Richard was great! Friendly, gave us lots of information to make decisions, and did a really nice job. We'll definitely contact this company again for future plumbing needs.

Description of Work: Repaired a break in sump discharge line to storm sewer. This required digging about 3.5 feet down for a 4 foot area, replacing a section of pvc pipe and adding a clean out for future need.

Description of Work: cleared drain from vent pipe on roof.

Description of Work: Unclogged the kitchen and bathroom drains. This is an old house and the kitchen was hard to unclog but he worked from both the kitchen and basement to get the water flowing again.Very impressed and will use him again, if needed.

Description of Work: We had no water in our bath after recent subzero temperatures. We called early Sat morning and Bill the owner was at our housewithin 20 minutes. He had to go up into a very cramped freezing attic to find the pipes. It was a mess up there so it took him a while to locate the correct pipe. He told us of a particular procedure to thaw the pipe but had to call an assistant to bring it. Unfortunately,part of the pipe (hidden under insulation, was plastic so that effort failed. He then made another suggestion, fairly to thaw that particular pipe and by the next morning we had water without major repairs. Sunday,Bill the owner called to see if we we doing ok and said another tech would be out to wrap heating tape around a pipe in our garage. These guys went above and beyond in courtesy and concern. I recommend them highly.

Description of Work: Replaced toilet floor flange and reset toilet

Description of Work: I have nothing but good things to say about Drain Master. They answered their phone on a Saturday morning, and were at my house less than a few hours later for a non-emergency. Fair pricing, and they cleaned up when they left. Highly recommend!
