We provide expert appliance repair services on all major appliances. We will service all makes and models. We can usually get you back in business within 24 hours of your call. Our technicians are MCAP Certified Master Technicians and experts at getting your appliances fixed properly the first time. We have well stocked service trucks to reduce the possibility of a part order and return trips. We have a full time part store for fast turnaround time and for our customers to purchase parts and supplies.You will like our service!

Great
Description of Work: Our refrigerator stopped working and I called Dave Smith Appliance based on recommendations from Angie's List. The service was excellent. Everyone from the ladies on the phone to the technician was professional and friendly. I thought the part was somewhat pricy but I suspect that was caused by what the manufacturer charged for it. The price of the service call itself was reasonable and I was able to use coupons to lower the final bill. I would recommend this company and use them again myself.

Description of Work: 2 technicians came out to diagnose a problem with our dryer. When the estimate for repairs was more than the cost of a new dryer (not the fault of this company), we chose to buy a new dryer instead. Thought the service call price was a little steep for what turned out to be about 15 minutes worth of work.

Please consider that as you have an import high end (Bosch) dryer, the cost to service your product is a little higher than your average service call, as they require more training, expertise, and diagnostic time than your average dryer. (Our service call for domestic products is $59.95.) The additional technician was there for training with our Bosch certified technician as there are few Bosch dryers in the area. This was very professional
