Description of Work: We moved last September and Directv said they would transfer me for free. They put me on another long term contract and I really did not know at the time. Now they raise my payment every month so I have to call and spend hours with them on the phone. Some months they will lower my payment where it should be and some months will not. Since ATT joined them it's been a nightmare. The second location I have and pay for still does not work!. Do not go with Directv!!

Description of Work: We are changing cable/internet providers due to high costs, unstable Internet and my frustration with discounts only applying for new customers. We have been with buckeye for about 20 years and called many times to request special promo's. Answer is always that they are for new customers only. We are no longer going to be a customer of theirs due to this reason.

Description of Work: I was on a short term contract in Toledo. Their price for internet was fair. They were prompt for appointments and were open on Sunday to for equipment return. I would use them again.

Description of Work: Been my cable provider for over 20 yrs. Finally switched to direct tv because of constant price increases and repeated battles with networks that resulted in the dropping of channels. Still have them as Internet and phone provider. Looking for cheaper alternatives.

They give such great customer service that we would never switch to another company and will stay with them in the future.

 + 1 moreSent a letter to the general manager but as of this date have not received any reply. Am looking at other service providers for television, phone and internet service.
Description of Work: Service never occurred, as promised. Buckeye Cable never showed up after they scheduled the time nor called to reschedule. Said they were having trouble with their computers and phones. Very unreliable for a company that sells internet and phone service. Had to go to their offices to find out why they didn't show up as scheduled. Missed a half day of work.
