Overall, it was seamless!

The first time I used this company, I was told that my windows fell in between the two sizes, so the smaller of the two was used. So, I used them again so the rest would match. The extra space around was then built up with mortar and just after drying, all, the new and old ones, got fine surface cracks. I was told by the young, most likely, summer workers, home from college, that this was normal. I guess I will never know for sure. They cleaned up the job very nicely, and both young workers were very nice. The office did try to reschedule my appointment a couple of times, even though I told them this was the only day I had available when I made the appointment.

These guys are great -- like friends you'd have over for dinner. They were on time for the estimate, explained things thoroughly and definitely not high pressure salesmen. They weren't even pushy after leaving with calling us asking for our decision. I called to schedule the work and they fit us in within a week - on my schedule. They arrived on time and were in and out quickly. They were concerned about making a mess and cleaning up after themselves. They really did a nice job. Prices were reasonable too. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

We saw an ad for Brothers Glass Block, and decided to give them a call for an estimate. They were able to schedule us right in quickly. They showed up promptly and prepared. We decided to go with this company to install our glass block windows. They did a very professional job, and we are very happy with our windows and the job they did.

Everything went just right from estimate to project completion. All company representatives, both over the phone and in person, were courteous and professional. Installation was timely and clean, and end product looks great. Hands on ownership. Very impressed from start to finish. Highly recommend.

I was very satisfied with the level of professionalism and cost effectiveness of the company. The basement windows (2) took 45 minutes to complete. The rest of the house was done in about a day, with the framing work taking a few other days longer. Customer Service was outstanding at Brother's and all workers were very professional. The framing work tool a little longer than expected, however the work itself was outstanding and very professional. The quality of the windows (Silverline 9500 series with argon) was very good and I am hoping to achieve great energy savings this winter. In-house cleanup could have been a little better, but nothing major was left behind.
