Patrick and his crew were very polite, showed up on time, and cleaned the area during and after installing the glass block windows. Patrick, Ethan and Sean were very knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had. I will definitely hire them again on my next project.

I have been shopping around for windows since January and have not found a company that had a decent price and someone I trusted. So glad I found this company! Patrick is super professional, friendly and straight to the point. He made it clear he was not going to force a sales pitch or spend hours at my house. The pricing is the best I have found thus far. So excited for my new windows to be put in within the month !

Patrick and his team were superior in their work and execution. Their presentation was concise, well explained so we understood all components of the new windows and the overall installation job. Patrick answered all our questions and was very responsive when we reached out to him. He gave us his honest opinion on what we needed and did not need for our windows so we stayed on budget and had options to pick from. I was a big fan that he had a dedicated crew that did all his jobs and were hired by him rather than being subcontractors. Patrick was even on site with them the day of the job working. This crew were great and worked fast and efficient on day of installation. We have a very large semi circle window (that does not open) that we did not replace but wanted it to match the rest of our windows. Due to its size, we needed extra creative ideas on how to achieve the look we were hoping for without replacing it. Patrick was sure to help us find solutions to the problem and when one did not turn out as expected he made sure to stick with us until we found the right solution. I would hire them again.

Since it is not the residence I live in, I cannot speak to the job they did while I was there. But over the phone, they were very courteous and offered me a variety of options. They were prompt, doing the service on the day, and the time frame, that they said they would. I have no complaints! The windows look great, and are VERY secure and cost effective.

Brothers installed six old single pane glass windows in the cellar of a 1900's basement with thick stone foundation. They did a great job of mortaring the new block into the old openings, and the price and work was as quoted.

Ordered them and had them installed within a week. 8 glass block basement windows installed in about 5 hours.

I called for an estimate and the appointment was scheduled immediately. The gentleman on the phone ,Joel, was terrific and very helpful. The owner ,Patrick,came out and viewed our current windows and explained the process and showed me a sample of their windows. He took time to answer all my questions and was very personable. I showed him the dark dungeon room and he said that he could put a big window in, that would compliment the style of the home and give me a great deal of light. I ordered the windows, and was expecting them to be installed in about 2 weeks. However, I received a call that there was an opening on monday. I had my windows made and installed in exactly one week from my first appoitment. They cleaned everything up, and hauled all the old windows away. One young man said that they are to leave the premises cleaner than they found it if possible. This was a great experience, and well worth the price, which I thought was very reasonable. I couldn't be any happier! I highly recommend Brothers Glassblock. They are a class act.

Based on a referral from a friend and on reviews in Angie's list I called Brothers Glassblock for an estimate. Patrick (the owner), came out within a couple of days and provided the estimate and answered all my questions. He was very polite and knowledgeable. His estimate was reasonable and fair. I paid him a $100 down payment and the job was scheduled. The installers came when expected. Patrick also came during the beginning of the install to help. The job went smoothly and was completed in one day. The installers were very polite and cleaned up. The windows look great and the window air vents are easy to open and close. I would definitely recommend this company to friends and relatives and would use them again.

first i talked to joel to get an appt he was the nicest person i have ever dealt with. they showed up on time patrick came out to do the estimate and he was awesome. (love him to death) . after looking at m window he gave me a very very good price on it. They came back an installed my window perfect. it was quick an they cleaned up after themselves. i definetly highly recommend this compan to everyone. There is no possible way this company could improve they are definetly A1.

My experience went very well. One of the owners came out to do the quote and was very friendly and professional. There was no pressure to book the job and the price was very reasonable for what was being done. The work itself was of good quality and done in an efficient and professional manner. They cleaned up after themselves and were in and out in a couple of hours. Highly recommended!

I originally called in mid March to schedule both an estimate and possible installation the first week in April. An extremely personable/knowledgeable employee, who does scheduling, immediately called back. He set up both an estimate on Tuesday, and set aside time on Friday for installation during my requested dates. The President of the company arrived promptly on Tuesday to take measurements. The original plan was to do only three windows. With a full understanding of options and the installation process, I decided to replace 13 windows, as well as a coal shoot. On Friday, exactly on time, four crew members and the President, himself, took part in the demolition through installation of 12 windows and the coal shoot. The fourteenth window was special order and arrived at their facility on the following Monday. I received a call, that it had just been delivered around 12:30pm, and wondered if it was OK to install the window that afternoon. The crew was highly skilled, worked as a well oiled machine and were professional, respectful, and pleasant. Although the company is located in Toledo, this job was performed approximately 27 miles north of the Ohio/Michigan border. We definitely plan to use the company again in the very near future.

Everything went smooth. First contact was by telephone. Patrick was very helpful and explained his product very well. We set up an appoinment for measuring and an estimate. Patrick was prompt, neatly dress and very professional. The sample glass block window showed exactly what I would be getting and offered options. Patrick explained everything and offered suggestions. Measuring was quick and a .written estimate was provided. No high pressure or sales pitches. While he was here I had him measure for other possible window replacements as I found out they do a whole lot more than glass block. We did not make a decision right away. When we decided to have them do the work I talked to Joel and set up a installation time which woked to be within a week. I realized later that there may be a slight conflict with something else going on later that eveniing and called them back to possibly reschedule. Joel said "No problem, we will get the work done in time". They sent out a crew of three guys to make sure it was done on time. All three workers were friendly and professional. Each knew exactly what what to do and completed the job in plenty of time. They cleaned everything up as if I were doing it myself. If it were not for the new windows you would never know they had been in the house or yard except the basement may have been a little cleaner after they they left. Even the dog liked them. There should be an A+ rating option here.

I love them. The price was very good. They were honest and came when they said they would. They cleaned up beautifully when they were done. They explained what they did and they explained how to use what they had installed. I intend to use them again.

They were good and I have no complaints. I did ask about storm door estimates, and they came out twice. The second time he gave me a higher quote. I asked him to check a few stores for a door, and I never heard back from him.

I can't really do justice to how great the guys from Brothers were. Patrick came over to do the estimate first and I called him back later to change a few things and ask a few more questions, he was always on time and professional. The day of the job, the crew started work promptly at 8AM. Tony, Erik, Ishaun (sp?) and Patrick were prompt, courteous and very thorough. They checked in with me throughout the job to make sure we were on the same page. They corrected a minor misunderstanding in vent placement without difficulty or problem. The windows look outstanding and our basement is brighter than it's ever been. They cleaned up everything like they were never even there. Job took a little over 6 hours. Overall I got three quotes from Toledo area glass block companies and I chose Brothers based on my gut feeling rather than price. Brothers was the most expensive quote by a couple hundred, but I strongly believe that I made the right choice in hiring them. You won't be sorry.
