Description of Work: We had our heating duct work professionally cleaned for the first time in about 20 years. Everyone I dealt with at Bluflame was courteous and professional. I had to change the appointment - no problem. Two men arrived right on time and got down to business. The project was done an hour and a half sooner than estimated. The men were polite and pleasant, putting on and removing shoe covers every time they went in or out of the house. I would recommend Bluflame if you need this service.

Description of Work: The motor in my furnace went out at the start of a very cold weekend. After calling around and spending quite a bit of time giving information on my existing unit, nobody else in town had a suitable replacement available. Upon recommendation from another provider, I called Blu-Flame and they were very quickly able to determine the appropriate replacement motor and found they had one in stock. Although I installed the motor myself, I was very impressed with the depth of product knowledge by the gentleman at the parts counter as they were able to come through with an exact replacement. Pricing (for parts at least) was less than any of the local competition, so I will not hesitate to call them in the near future when it is time to replace my old HVAC system.

Description of Work: They came back at my request to turn down the blowers without complaint, because of sand in my embedded-in-concrete ducts. 1955 ranch, common problem. They were very pleasant and clean. I don't have the bill here in front of me, but I did get a new furnace from them--and duct cleaning.

Description of Work: The squirrel cage blades on my A/C fan motor fell off and damaged the entire motor assembly. I removed it and took it to Bluflame on a Saturday, 20 minutes before they closed. They matched the motor with one off of their shelf. They installed, balanced and tried out the new motor assembly and made sure it was wired properly.

Description of Work: Last January our furnace ignition stopped. I called at 11:00 p.m. I spoke to the answering service that told me that a representative would be with me as early as 5:00 am if I would like. By 7:30, they had diagnosed the problem, and replaced the ignition. A few days ago I tried to start the furnace again, and I had some trouble. I called them and they said they would get someone out right away, and that the product was still under warranty. A few minutes later I realized that it was my problem that it had not started properly and I called back to cancel.
