Arnold's Home Improvement, LLC

We signed a contract on Nov. 10, 2016 and were told that with the holidays it would be 8-10 weeks before it would be completed. On Feb. 17, fourteen weeks after signing contract, we were told it would be another at least four weeks before they could even start. Seeking legal help now. It is now Mar 15th and still not started. They stated today they would be here next Monday Mar 20. Anyone that hires these people be prepared to be greatly disappointed.

Very professional. They had all the right tools to get the job done. They came on schedule and completed the job in one day, They had to take out an old tub and there was no mess to clean up after the job was finished. The shower shelf was the wrong color and they let me know right away. They said they would correct the mistake within two weeks. Its been over two weeks and I haven't hear from them. It doesn't look bad so overall I give them a 4.5 out of 5. Had the color been correct and the job redone, I would give them a 5. Overall, wonderful

Wonderful experience, we did have a small problem at the end of the job but Arnold's made it right and did not bug us about the final bill until we were satisfied!

They were kind enough to allow me to redo the bathroom in stages as I could afford it. I will have them back to finish the room and will definitely call them again for anything I need in the future. They were prompt, neat, clean, and professional in every way. Five Stars.

Was on time and performed work professionally

Salesman said the job would be done in 1 day but turn out to be 3 days. Installer did a great job with the workmanship with the shower.

We are happy with our new roof. Workers did a pretty good job cleaning up,just a few items of trash found after they left. I feel that we received a good deal for our money.

Finally, with your help, I have found a company with integrity, hard working people and reasonable prices. My bathtub liner and shower surround is absolutely beautiful and the window frame is beyond anything I have seen. The Arnold's Home Improvement Team is #1 and I will certainly hire them again!!! BEST EXPERIENCE IN HOME IMPROVEMENT I HAVE EVER HAD!!!!!!!

1st try at doing the job was a complete diseaster. The finished project looked like I had a bunch of amatures doing the job, very sloppy and unprofessional. After complaining, they did return many weeks later to correct the the botched job and did leave a professional looking finished project. I would not recommend them or consider using them again. I like things done right the 1st time!

Very professional, completed job in a timely manner, explained the process of the repair. I was so pleased with the work performed recieved a quote for another project to be completed in the near future.

The customer service is excellent and their prices are good.

Sales man was very professional and thorough in his presentation and answered all our questions. He was knowledgeable and thorough. The foreman on the job also did a good job and saw to it that things were done well.

The two roofers worked until after dark to complete the job. Missed caulking nail holes around a vent. Came back on Sunday during a rainstorm to complete the job. Leak fixed. Roof looks great and done at a much better price then the more well known companies.

These guys were consummate professionals - period. These guys really did a 1st rate job. It has been about 3 months, and we have been through some weird whether (which is what I wanted), so I can testify that the job was done correctly. I say this because I got up into the attic on days that it rained and inspect (just to make sure). I do not have to anymore - the job was 100% right!! Bottom line: hire these guys - they do a great job at a fair price. No one else came close (with a legal work crew).
