Entire upstairs bath was gutted , walk in shower in place of jacuzzi tub replaced double sink and cabinets, floor, lighting, toilet bowl, 2 ceiling exhaust fans. drywall miscut behind sink back splash, floor miscut at base of sink cabinet, special built cabinet was nailed in place in corner without asking owners, could not get wiring for ceiling light and exhaust fan correct, had to hire outside professional. Dry wall repair has cracked or peeled 3 times in 2024, May need to get legal rep for this one, it is cracking again. Do not hire this company you cannot depend on them doing professional repair work.

Rick and Daniel did an excellent job. The crown molding that Daniel did was beautiful!

From start to finish, I had a great experience. My sales appointment was scheduled quickly. We signed the contract and they were honest that they were scheduling about a month out. The project manager contacted me when it was time to get started and let me know the time line expected from start to finish. The crew did a great job and the fact that they did not have to bother me at all showed me that the salesman and project manager had everything set up behind the scenes. My new roof is beautiful and I could not be happier about the work done and the process it took to get here!

Not only did I have to call them wondering when they were going to start the job, but it took forever. The communication is awful with this company. After having a problem with the finished job, they were not helpful at all. They promised callbacks time and time again, which never happened. Beware!! Horrible customer service after you sign the contract and the job is done!

I was very satisfied with the the work they performed and I would highly recommend there services to business and home owners.

Hired this company to fix roof issues that developed 8 years after 4 Guys and a Roof re-roofed my entire home. Shingles kept working loose in stiff wind and ultimately 4 Guys stopped repairing my roof issues. Called it an "act of God" which they don't cover. Arnold's Home Improvement stepped up and fixed my shingle issues and so far so good. Nice not hearing shingles thumping when it gets windy outside.

Got my siding done after an Employee of ours had Arnold's do their roof and referred them. Job well done! I would recommend them to anyone.

From the first contact to final completion it was a long time but was told that from the start.

In the summer of 2017, i had Arnolds Home Improvement come out to my residence to repair a slight leak of my balcony roof. The first time they came out to do the work was unsatisfactory because water would still fall on my balcony. Finally they had to basically rebuild my balcony roof. The workers stripped it down to the support beams, rebuilt the top portion and re shingled the roof. New facia and sofit under the roof was installed. It looked good and the work was finally completed. WRONG!!!it is 2019...only 2 years after the rebuild of the roof and I had water pooling in the sofit of my roof. I have to use a broom to push the water to an edge where all the water runs out onto my deck. 2 years after a total rebuild of my balcony roof, I have to pay more money to repair for what should have never happened after I payed to have the repairs done right THE FIRST TIME!!!! I called to have someone come out to take a look at the problem. Someone came out, took a couple pictures (only leaned over the railing). I offered to get my ladder that would reach up to the roof if he needed to take a look of the roof. He declined. Yet they came up with a quote for the repairs without ever getting up on the roof and looking. I finally get a proposal from Arnolds for the repair. I called to set up a time and date to do the work. I NEVER HEARD BACK to this day. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. The customer service and professional in home improvement are nothing close to being professional. Making a proposal to a "preferred customer" (as they said I was ) and never following up. This is not how you treat customers, returning or new. I finally had to look for another company. After taking pictures, showing me and explaining to me what Arnold's did wrong and what they would do to repair Arnold's work, I decided to go with them. If you are planning on having your roofing work done by Arnold's Home Improvement, slow done and re think. OR at least make sure you at other companies who may able to show you that they care about the public that they work for.

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I had a wonderful experience. They worked around my busy work schedule without any problem. The quality of their work was excellent. I plan on have some other projects around my house done by Arnold s Home Improvement. I am a very satisfied customer.

It started out ok but they don't follow up and didn't finish.

Brian and Danny were fantastic and did a great job as did the project manager. The front office personnel and time management however was so lacking that I'm not sure I would use them again. I contracted with them in January and was told that they couldn't start until May, which I agreed to. When May arrived I had to call several times to get a start time but finally got a date of May 22, however when May 22 came and I called to confirm I was told they were a month behind and would call me back with a confirmed time. Of course, what is now becoming a pattern, I received no call back. I called them a week later and was finally given a date of Monday June 25th, over 6 months after originally contracted. However, again no one called me to confirm so I called on Friday June 22 to confirm they would be there on Monday, and was told they would be there between 8:00-10:00 to start. So, I took Monday off to meet with them and no one showed up. I called Arnold's back at noon to find out where they were and was THEN told there was a mistake and they wouldn't be there until Tuesday causing me to take an additional day off. The quality of work was great but I can't deal with their front office again.

If I could provide a "0" rating for customer service, I would. The installer was very meticulous and did good work but everything else about the service was HORRIBLE!!! The bad experience began shortly after the contract was signed. I was told I could post-date my deposit check. My check was cashed before the date posted on the check and caused an overdraft on my bank account. I wanted the work done in mid-Spring, but I had to call them to place me on the schedule, because I didn't receive a call from them. They didn't arrive on the scheduled date, because they were "behind on other jobs". During the contract negotiations, I was told the job would take 1 day, It took more than 2 weeks which conflicted with my work schedule. I couldn't shower for 2 weeks. Fortunate for me, I have another bathroom with a bathtub and was able to take a bath (we know showers are quicker, though). Needless to say, their project management skills are terrible. Although they have received an A+ rating with the BBB, I give them a rating of D-.

Arnold's staff was very professional and hard working. Very happy with the quality of work done on my house. When there was a mistake that had happened, they quickly corrected it without any problems. Highly recommend them.

We had a minor problem (accidents happen) and they corrected it promptly and professionally. Their product was good and the installation went fairly smooth. I would use them again...

My only complaint was the delay between order and installation; I would recommend you get specific information on an installation deadline when you sign your contract. Otherwise they were excellent. They did call the house a couple of times both before and after the job to check on us, and the tub looks amazing. They even replaced the trap so that it drains better than before. It was a long wait for the final result but worth it!

Process taking longer than was estimated. No communication or follow-up.

WE ARE SO VERY HAPPY WE USED HOME ADVISOR FOR OUR REFERAL; ARNOLD'S HOME IMPROVEMENT WILL BE CALLED FOR EVER MORE. BRIAN'S WORK SUPERSEDED OUR EXPECTATIONS. HE'S WORTH HIS WEIGHT IN GOLD. My husband was in construction for thirty-five years and NEVER ran across anybody who knew as much and could do as much of all trades, as Bryan...WOW, REALLY IMPRESSIVE YOUNG MAN! He was neat, followed through with every job, from laying new flooring to tearing out a whirlpool and left each area in immaculate condition. FANTASTIC WORKER!! Beautiful and efficient work ethic, with fantastic results. I would recommend this complete picture to anyone who wants professional GOOD WORK, all the way around! Thank you B. Shall

Customer service was good. Installers were nice and helpful. Quality of work is a 4 out 5 because it wasn't everything that was presented to us in the sales pitch. I'm not a picky person so I didn't complain but they could have installed a better product. My house isn't of high value but if this bath was installed in a $300k+ value home it would probably be rejected. Overall I'm just super happy with simply having a new bath for my kids and being able to afford it. You get what you pay for.

This company was hired in May to install vinyl siding on my home, I was promised it would be done by Labor Day. In September, they delivered the siding and have not been back since. No one can tell when my project will start. Now, I have boxes of siding breaking down in the rain in my driveway.

Overall I was happy with their work and would use them again

customer service dont exist with this company. thankfully, the work that was done exceeded my expectations. was told the project would be completed in 2-3 days. took 7 days

so far there very consistent! still waiting on scheduled work date to be completed!

After waiting DOUBLE the estimated start time and many calls initiated by me, job finally started!! Was told 5-6 days, was done in 3 1/2, and you sure can tell!! Didn't mix enough grout, and so 1 tile was JUST left, tiles are uneven, and caulk and grout left to harden all over unsealed tiles. New sink is uneven. JOB WAS RUSHED!! Spent hard earned $$$ on a total hack job!! WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!
