Arnold's did a very nice job on the roof with very reasonable pricing. My only complaints were that a quote to be done in 3 days took almost a month. During my job their truck broke down, the generator went out & they had dumping isses ? I really wouldn't have minded if they would have been up front about the length of time, instead I got a lot of excuses. Also they have taken my tarps & have not returned them. Nice tarps are not cheap. They put on a excellent roof but the customer service not so much.

Was very impressed with the insoector that came out to inspect my home, when the crew first showed up to repair the roof was also impressed. I thought to myself this is going to be so easy I am not going to hve to worry about anything. The roof was repaired in less then a day the following day the floor and dry wall would be taken care of, from there it went down hill fast. The crew working on removing my hardwood flooring to replace the small section of rotting subfloor did not have all the tools needed to do the job so they borrowed mine. Half way into the job I find out that they don't do interior they do exterior like windows and sidi

Quick response, thorogh job. Made a few trips to complete repairs.

The project was top notch. They were professional and did as we even added to it during project. They did go the extra mile and we are more than pleased.
