I had use Action several years ago to install a new furnace in the house I was living in at the time. When I moved into a new home and once again needed a new furnace I immediately called Action. They were so honest, patient and professional the first time I used them that I was confident they would provide the same quality service the second time. I was not disappointed. I highly recommend Action Heating and their honest, dependable work!

My carbon-monoxide detector went off on a Monday night, on Tuesday I had 2 estimates to replace the boiler. Terry was very knowledgable and thorough explaining everything they would do. His price was right and I signed on the dotted line. They were there the next day, which, by the way, was the day before Thanksgiving, I am very thankful - his crew was great, ALSO very knowledgable. Very concerned about not damaging anything in my house. They got the job done in record time and their clean up was amazing. I had my family (son/dght.in-law/grandchildren) coming to stay with me that Wed. for 4 days, so it was very important to get all this done quickly. That night I had a little problem, the boiler needed a little tweaking. I called Terry and he sent Scott (his foreman) out immediately, at 9:00 PM. I am very impressed with this company and would recommend them to everyone.

Great experience with Action. Terry, one of the owners, came over to do the assessment himself. He was friendly, honest and professional. I'm a first time homeowner and he took a large chunk of time walking me through the process and giving me the info I needed to make my decision. The price seemed right, too. I wasn't actually there during the install, so I can't comment on that, but when I got home, the furnace was in, everything was cleaned up, and Mike (Terry's brother) called to let me know things went smoothly. A couple weeks after the install, the furnace needed an adjustment and Terry and his guys were over there immediately. There was no hassle and the work was done perfectly. You can tell that Terry and Mike really care about their reputation and the quality of their work (even after you've paid). Overall, I've been extremely pleased with Action and would not hesitate to use them again for any heating or A/C needs I have. I will also be using them for my yearly maintenance. You just can't go wrong with this company.

We initially called Action to investigate a problem with our furnace (blower was not turning on) but asked them to do a complete inspection. The found cracks in the heat exchanger, and showed them to my husband using a borescope. They also explained that (a) the cracks were leaking carbon monoxide into our home, (b)our furnace was over 20 years old, so parts would be impossible to find, and (c) it was horribly inefficient for the size of our house. They quoted us an extremely reasonable price on a new, smaller, EnergyStar rated furnace that included complete installation on our existing ductwork. They were very prompt about all appointments, friendly, and explained things very well. We were very pleased with their work, and are planning on asking for their help with some electrical upgrades in the future.

We had radiant heat in our floors (from the 1950's). It worked, but not enough to adequately heat the house during the really cold months. We were looking for suggestions/answers. We called Action and they told us they'd have no problem getting us heat. And they didn't! We're happy and warm now. Just as other reviewers reported, the guys at action were prompt with returning phone calls, with coming out for the estimate, and with doing the actual job. I never had to wait for them to show up. They even came back to our house when we had a question about the estimate--before any agreement had been made. When they were doing the work, they were very courteous and conscientious. In fact, one day they came early and didn't ring the bell for fear of waking our baby. The installers covered their shoes, put runners over the carpet, returned from lunch when they said they would, and actually finished the job earlier than they originally estimated. As for the cost, I really don't know if we got the best price. I didn't even call anyone else. We've had so many heating/AC companies in our house over the years--and no-one has ever offered a simple solution. When I read Action's reviews here, I just called them and went with them. I have no regrets. They did give us an upgrade on the thermostat at no extra charge, because they didn't have the lesser priced one in stock. They retrofitted parts from our old air handler, so we didn't have to pay for brand new parts.

They were punctual and professional. They answered all my additional questions before they began. I felt comfortable to leave them alone in my house while I ran errands all day. They kept me posted by cell phone for the duration of the job. They also educated me about my new appliance.

I had a very good experience with this company. The workers came out on time and had the system installed within 2 days and they kept me informed all along the way and they explained the new system and how it worked before they left.

Overall, a very good experience, I would highly recommend Action to anyone.

We own a company and needed our office furnace serviced. We called action and they were out the very next day. They serviced our furnace in a very prompt fashion and did a great job. They are very knowledgeable and very pleasant to deal with.

It went great. I have also used them at my business to keep my furnace there clean and working. They also replaced my parents furnace. My father went on and on about the professionalism and great job the good guys at action did for them.

Mike from Action was very professional and honest in his work. He was not like other companies I have used in the past that have tried to sell me a new furnace system. He also was honest in telling me that a newer unit would not save me considerably in operational costs, since I have a 15-year-old 90% efficiency unit now. Their honesty and overall business practices will lead me to call them any time I have other problems with my HVAC unit. They don't try shady business practices to make a quick sale and have earned our trust for the future. Don't mess around with other companies around town, these guys are the real deal!

Installation was flawless. They were in and out in a few short hours and thoroughly cleaned up the job site. Our new furnace uses significantly less gas to operate and is so quiet that it's hard to hear even if I'm standing right next to it. Also, my son's allergy symptoms have been greatly reduced thanks to the continuously filtered air. I highly recommend Action for any HVAC work!

They are very easy to contact and have terrific response time. They are wildly honest to the point where I give them access to my home and my rentals, whether or not I am physically present. I trust them in my home and I would trust around my pregnant wife.
