They responded promptly and gave me a labor estimate that was reasonable but referred me back to the original installer of the furnace - original installer gave me a very high labor estimate compared to Action. Will try them when needed since the labor costs were more reasonable by almost 50%.

Mike Williams came out to my house right away since we did not have any heat during a cold spell in January, 2019. He located the faulty part and ordered a new part immediately. Since the part was under warranty, he only charged us for the installation.They were very prompt and professional. We will definitely use Action Heating and Air Conditioning in the future.

Everything was done quick and excellent. Got our house warm and safe in no time. Product has a good warranty and top of the line.

Michael Williams came to the house to price the job and was personable and professional. He arrived on time and was courteous and considerate. He explained the different furnace options that were available. We discussed the pros and cons of each system and he was honest and accurate about my choices. I obtained two other estimates for the same job. Action's price was slightly higher, although the others did not offer 10 year warranties on both parts and labor (the parts provided by a manufacturer's warranty if I registered the appliance). I chose Action because of the product they offered and my trust in Mr. Williams. The delivery and installation went smoothly, and Mr. Williams called me afterward to be sure that I had no questions or problems. I plan to use their company for service and will update my review if necessary. I would characterize the whole encounter as completely reliable and professional. By the way, the furnace works great!

I called Action Heating based on the reviews on Angie’s List and their BBB grade. Owner Michael Williams was amazing. He responded to my call very quickly, and arranged to meet me at the house for an estimate. I told him I needed to get a new furnace appropriate for the size of the house as inexpensively as possible. That’s exactly what they did. Despite being very busy (tis the season for heating issues, and it’s been particularly cold), they got a new furnace in and running within about 36 hours of his initial estimate. Not only did they do it quickly, they did it for a fantastic price. I could not be happier with the service I received. Truly top notch.

Went well. Everything they said they would do was done. And in a quick time frame. Not sure about cost, as I didn't shop. Just wanted it fixed!

Left a message with the answering service. Returned the call in 5 minutes and Mike showed up within the 90 minute window, did the work and gave me an incredibly fair price! Absolutely will use Action again.

Awesome! Our technician was very good - he was thorough and helped to make sure the unit was working in tip top shape. He offered a couple of suggestions for us to think about doing in the future (placing a humidifier on the furnace for winter)- very helpful! I even thought it was virtuous that he took his shoes off when he came in. Thanks for a great service call - I will keep the info and use your company for future needs!

These guys deliver. Showed up on time for all scheduled services. Entire job done within 14 days of first contact. Terry came and inspected my old system, said it was OK and didn't even charge me for the visit. Quoted a price for a new system and said call them if that's what I decided to do. My install of new equipment was only a week out. It was 90 degree weather and the guys had the new AC on in my house before it really even warmed up. I could go on and on but I will just say: HIRE ACTION HEATING! They rock.

The work went extremely well. The installers were on time, showed experience and professionalism. They were also neat and cleaned up. My wife has high standards for people doing work in our house and they exceeded her expectations. Further, Mike Williams a co-owner called twice the first day of installation and then called on the second day to make sure we were satisfied AFTER the work was done and paid for. I was quite impressed.

They did a lot. They had to come back out to turn my A/C on. They did the electrical box first, and then later they did the A/C and water heater. The electrical box was $1650. They were very good. For the electrical box I got a few quotes and they were cheaper. I ended up just going with them for A/C so I can't really compare. For responsiveness, we had to try kind of hard at one point. I would definitely use them again.

Great! There wasn't really much of a problem but Mike gave it a look and provided me with a well-written invoice that documented exactly what was needed. Really helped me out of a bind. I have used Action before and cannot recommend them highly enough.

Micheal was Very professional and went the extra mile to worked us into their schedule. Michael was the one to suggest the repositioning of the pump for better performance and maintenance. I'd definitely use Action again and would recommend Action to family and friends

They were very professional and did exactly what they said they would do. I actually wanted them to install a Nest thermostat. They didn't have this product but they were happy to install the unit I had.

Called about an AC unit that isn't working. Called me right back and unfortunately they are 3 weeks out so they referred me to another company who is closer to my location. Very nice.

He over priced his equipment, he finally came down after I called the manufacturer. he had my down payment , gave it to him at his word that it was the lowest price. He did not return my calls after installation until I finally got an attorney. Then said how he tried so had to get a hold of me as he found out he made a mistake and installed a cheaper furnace then what was on the quote and then offered money to settle...I took what he offered not that I wanted the lesser furnace but more importantly I did not trust this guy and did not want him or his workers in my place less they did some other unprofessional things in my Condo.....

Action came to do an assessment for a repair in a rather challenging environment and during a November cold snap. Due to the age of the existing furnace and the difficulty and cost of parts I decided that a new furnace was best. They fit us in for the very next day, Thanksgiving eve. Even though I threw a last minute glitch into the process, they finished the job that day. All employees were helpful and easy to work with. The tenants were very pleased with the workers and the work done.

Great. Very knowledgeable. Provided us options so that we could make educated decisions about what to buy and what not to buy. And the installation team was terrific!

Sadly was not willing to work with out warranty company in any capacity. New to the area and thought this would be a good choice but very disappointed in their reluctance and professionalism.

Terry from Action was able to come out about an hour after I placed the call (I couldn't believe how fast he could make it). He explained to me what he was he was doing with the repair process and even provided education about various things. After some repairs failed to get the A/C working, it was deemed we needed a new outside unit. Terry and his team had the unit installed THE SAME DAY. If I ever have an issue that I can use this company for again, they will be my first call.

Mike explained the diagnostics well. He found the problem to be a capacitor in need of replacement and added freon. Work was performed in a reasonable amount of time and was professional.

I couldn't be more pleased with Action. I called yesterday to say that my air wasn't cooling. I was honestly expecting to wait a week or so for an appointment since many people are needing air conditioning service. To my surprise,Terry came out the very next morning! He discovered that I needed an off/on switch and coolant. He fixed the problem quickly. Terry was professional, and interested in me not only understanding what he was doing but invited me to observe what he was doing as well. Terry was personable and even took an interest in my dog. Should I need A/C help again, I will without a doubt call Action! Everything was great!

Service was excellent. Michael called me back right away to schedule an appointment, it's amazing how so many people in the home improvement world never call back or take three or four days. He arrived on time, checked my hot water heater that I knew needed to be replaced and then put a camera in my 24 year old furnace exposing a crack. He sent out technician Scott and his helper the SAME day to replace the unsafe furnace and hot water heater. I was without heat for less than an hour, and they cranked up the heat beforehand since I has two napping children to keep the house warm. Everyone was incredibly courteous, answered all of my questions, clean, and professional. Will definitely use them again when my old A/C decides to quit.

Bought a foreclosed house with a bad furnace and they managed to squeeze the install in ASAP before real cold Winter really set in. I upgraded my thermostat to a Nest thermostat and unfortunately the Nest can't be setup without internet. They installed a temporary thermostat until I could get the internet hooked up so I still would have heat. They came swapped out the thermostat a couple weeks later when I finally got my internet connected. They do good work.
