He's very friendly and very efficient. He explains everything he's doing and answers any questions I have.

Terry, the Owner came out. Advised me right away that he would not try to pressure me into buying anything I did not need. He did the maintenance the furnace required and gave me their magnet business card. He looks forward to helping me in the future. I will call them again. I also felt safe in his presence as he did not ask to enter my home. He came in when I paid him and he did not linger.

At the conclusion of inspection, he assured that furnace was in good working order but to call if any problem should occur in the future. He presented himself as an expert in his field, was extremely professional & courteous, also a man of integrity. Would definitely call him again and recommend to others. It was a very refreshing experience to find an expert with integrity who didn't attempt to take advantage of a consumer with less technical knowledge.

Mike Williams and his crew were awesome!! Very happy with the install and the new appliances. The work crew was punctual, thoughtful, efficient, and very knowledgeable. Happy with the price too. Mike Williams also does follow up phone calls to you to make sure you are completely happy with the way things went; Not forgetting to mention that the appliances and the service come with great warranties too. With all the shady a/c and heating companies out there, I think that anyone not putting Action at the top of the list for this kind of work needed would be foolish. A job well done guys!! This was a great experience. He showed up on time, did a very thorough inspection of the system, answered any question I had and additionally offered explanations for how things worked and the importance of what he did find. All in all I am extremely pleased with his knowledge and professionalism. I plan to continue using Action Heating & Air Conditioning in the future and will probably give them great referrals as a result of my experience today.

We contacted Action Heating because of what we read about them here on Angie's list. They definitely did not disappoint! The co-owner could not have been more personable or complete in talking to us at the initial sales call. He thoroughly explained the differences in his products in detail letting us decide on what we felt we could spend on the replacement furnace, air conditioner, and water heater. He was more than willing to answer any and all questions we had for him in language we could comprehend. We chose his company over another that we also found on Angie's list and seriously considered mainly because of his warranty. The work was done in a timely manner by thoroughly competent, pleasant, and professional installers who were here when they said they would be and did a great job cleaning up after themselves. They also were very willing to answer all the questions we had for them. We haven't had much reason to use the heat OR the ac yet, but in the little we have turned on the system, it seems to work as advertised. The co-owner has called us twice since the work was completed to check on how everything is working and to assure us that he welcomes our calls if we have ANY problems. We are very satisfied and highly recommend Action Heating in Toledo, Ohio.

Terry Williams came out the very next day after I called. He showed me how the old furnace was defective and needed to be replaced. The entire crew was very professional. I would highly recommend them.

We called Action Heating & AC on a Sunday evening and spoke to their call service. Within 15 minutes we received a call back and had an appointment Monday morning at 9AM. The technician was on time and very professional. Explained everything and helped guide us to the lowest cost option. The unit need replacing and we were lucky enough that they had an opening the next morning. The installation crew was at the house on time and completed the work by noon. Again very professional. During the installation they inspected the furnace and explained that it would probably be needing replaced within the next two years, explained why and showed us the trouble spots. Since the work, they have called twice to see if we had any questions and to make sure everything is fine. When the time comes for the furnace we will be call them back. Very pleased and would strongly recommend.

I will definitely use their services again.

I came home one Sunday afternoon and found my house very warm inside with my air running/fan running. So I checked the thermostat then check the air duct and found warm air coming out. Called Terry Williams he asked me a few questions he then told me he would have his brother call me first thing Monday. Mr Williams called me early and we set up a time for just a few hours later. He came at the scheduled time, he thoroughly looked over my air conditioning unit which was close to 30 years old and didn't feel there was much he could do to revive it to my dismay. So we sat down and talked about my options and went over pricing. He said they were pretty booked up for the week but he would see what he could workout and he was able to squeeze me in on that Wednesday. Of course this was one of the hottest weeks of the summer. Wednesday seemed like an eternity. Scott and his crew arrived right on time and immediately started to dismantle the old unit and running new hoses and other items to prepare for the new installation. They were very quick to get the new unit installed and running to my amazement it only took a few hrs and my house was cooling down.They did a wonderful job cleaning and tidying up the areas in which they worked and hauled off the old unit. Mr Williams called that evening to check with me to make sure everything was working to my satisfaction,he also followed up with me a month later. I'm very satisfied with my new air my house cools down quickly and my electric bills have dropped tremendously.

Larry arrived on time (before I was actually able to get home) and waited approximately 15 for me to arrive! He inspected both the exterior and interior units, changed my filter, and provided a great deal of knowledge. He also tested the unit to make sure it was cooling appropriately and even put reminder sticker on my A/C unit to remind me when to change my filter next. Thanks Larry! Great experience - will definitley call you should I need A/C or furnance serviced in the future.

Terry, technician, was timely and very informative. Their price and professionalism is excellent. I have had them out before and they have become the trusted provider for AC/Heating service and advice.

During a recent heat spell, my A/C stopped working. I called Action, whom I've used in the past for furnace maintenance. It was after hours, but I was still able to speak to a person and schedule a service call for the following evening (she explained that they were very busy, but would do their best to work me into the schedule). Mike called on the day of the appointment to say that they were able to come out early if that worked for me. Since the temperature in my house was at 85 degrees and rising, I was very grateful. After just a few minutes, Mike quickly found the primary source of the problem, and had the unit repaired and running within 20 minutes of arriving. He then let me know what we would need to do to prevent the same problem in the future. I'm very thankful for their expertise, and their courteous and friendly techs who are very willing to explain the process as well as outline options. I highly recommend this company for any and all HVAC needs.

Was last summer so I don't remember the number very well. The estimator was good but the worker did not rehang the vent after just pulling it down to the rest of our system. They came back and fixed it though when asked to. Overall they did a good job. Worker called late to let us know why he was late and when he should be there.

As always, they showed up right on time. One of the owners came out to do the work himself. He came to sell us the air conditioner 2 years ago and has been back a couple of times since to do a checkup on our air conditioner and / or furnace. It is nice getting that kind of personal attention. He was very polite and even spent a few minutes chatting with my 2 year old son. I had never heard of this company prior to having them install our new air conditioner, but have used them exclusively ever since.

It went very well. The owner who came to diagnose my furnace problem was very nice as well as providing the recommendations for my new system. The installers were very courteous and clean and did a very good job. I was very pleased with the entire process. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

At first I was very frustrated because it was almost the end of the window of time for them to arrive and I had to leave for work in little over a hour. I called their office and was told that a tech would call me back shortly. Within a minute or two after getting off the the phone a tech called me. He figured out that they had put me down for the wrong day but was still willing to come out immediately. 15 minutes later he arrived apologised again for the mistake. He checked my old system and found it to be in good health. He also gave me more confidence on the longevity of my system since my system is 19 years old. As he was packing up he told me that I would not be charged for him coming out and doing the inspection due to the scheduling mistake. I will be looking into using this provider this fall when I get my furnace serviced.

Our furnace was acting strange so I called Action Heating and Air. They sent a truck out immediately and gave us an inspection. During the inspection, they determined there was a crack in the heat exchanger. They offered to show us the crack on their fancy camera and sure enough, I could see the crack for myself plain as day. He then explained the dangers of having a cracked heat exchanger, which is carbon monoxide spilling into the house. Being that I am a mother of 4, I knew I could not chance that. They gave me a carbon monoxide monitor and had the furnace replaced the next day. Everything has been working great ever since. Thank you for the FAST, FRIENDLY and extremely CLEAN service! You have another happy customer for life.

Action diagnosed the problem of my A/C not working properly. Fixed the problem in short order and answered all questions I had for them. I have used Action for about 10 years now for all HVAC needs. I have always found Action to be the most reliable versus any others I had used in the past. They are very straight forward with their explanations and perform the work at a fair cost. What I have learned over the years that I would rather have reliable service at a cost fair to both the service provider and myself rather than simply taking the cheapest quote. I have referred Action to many friends and clients in the past and will continue to do so. Period!!!

I wanted to get my A/C tuned up before hot weather arrived and Action scheduled me immediately. They were here the next morning and made a thorough inspection of the entire system.

We lost power and the furnace would not come back on during the night. Terry was there first thing, repaired the unit and we had HEAT within 30 minuets of the call. Awesome service.

I called them and they came out right away they checked the furnace and tried to fix it first, it was still not working so I called them back they suggested a new furnace and I said alright, so they came back the next day and replaced it with a new furnace. They were fast and very polite, I will use them again in the future.
