It went well, but our appliance is old enough that there are no parts to repair it with.

Once the switch was delivered to Ace via Fed Ex they responded immediately and installed it in less than a half hour.

Our refrigerator continues to drip from the top of the unit, and collect water, then form ice along the bottom. Ace Appliance came out and removed the blockage in the freezer to prevent this from happening again. Our service person was friendly, called ahead to let me know when to expect him, and he arrived in the appointed time frame. I appreciate services being performed on time and good customer service - and Ace provided both to us. I should also note, that I made the initial appointment via their website online form. I promptly received a call within about 40 minutes of submitting my request.

Work was performed in a timely manner and the serviceman was very professional. Very satisfied.

Arrived on time, looked at our oven/range, which is 18 yrs old. Advised us as to the estimate for repair, gave us ideas on how to replace the old system more economically, everything went great.

Same day service, called before arriving during the 2 hour window given, professional and competent, but expensive. $60 for the check, $60 for labor, $66 for parts, almost $200 after taxes and repairman was here probably less than a 1/2 hour! Good work, but pricey I though!!

I scheduled the appointment and the technician came out the same day. He was on time, courteous, and quick. He found the problem to my oven not heating and repaired it on site. I will definitely use Ace Appliance again in the future.

I have a long standing relationship with Ace Appliance Inc. They are prompt and on time, their estimates are fair, they are not the cheapest but they do what they say they are going to do and the world is not always the best with low bidders. I like their promptness, professionalism and they show up with the right parts and the right degree of knowledge. (See Update, above).

Jimmy was punctual, friendly, professional, and completed the work in approximately an hour; maybe a few minutes more. He told me to leave the refrigerator turned off for 24 hours (until the next morning,) so that the internal parts could de-ice. That was necessary for the style of refrigerator that I have. He explained that he could have defrosted a different type more quickly. He sounded as though he had experience as he explained all of that. It all went very smoothly, and I now have a working refrigerator again. I will recommend Ace Appliance Repair to others. I don't know how the price would compare to others, but do not feel that it was out of line.

Took about 1 1/2 to 2 hrs. He said to give the freezer a couple of days to get cold enough to freeze without draining. If it didn't stop, to call the office and he will give me a $30 certificate to use at our local "Appliance Store" on a new refrigerator

Not very good. I was billed $60 and nothing was fixed. UPDATE: Ace refunded my $60.

They were super. They were rated well on Angie’s List. It was going to be too expensive to get them to repair it, so they gave me some advice on what else to do, which was really cool. There was a fee of about $60 for them to come out and check the washer. I would use them again in the future if necessary.

I scheduled a warranty repair for a broken appliance and the manufacturer scheduled the repair with Ace. Dissatisfied with my first experience with Ace, I was leery about rescheduling, but given their great reviews on Angies List I figured I would give them another chance to win me over as a satisfied customer. I even went so far as to schedule an additional service visit for my refrigerator. Their phone representative was again very polite and professional, and we setup a time for the visit. 60 minutes later, Ace called to tell me that they would not honor the manufacturer’s service order, as they do not provide service to people that publish derogatory reviews on Angie’s List about their company.

They looked over the refrigerator and gave me a honost recommendation to replace the unit instead of speading hundreds to repair it. I would definately use them again.

There was more to be done than what I thought was required. It was more than we had anticipated, not in terms of price but actually some other work to correct the situation. There was a computerized electronic operation thing on it and while the person who came was trying to undo the screws they were broken. I had to call the company out for that and they had to send somebody else out to verify that. They basically apologized and replaced the whole electronic portion of my dishwasher at no charge because of that problem. I was a little hesitant to get the first gentleman to come back and work on it but as it turned out he did an excellent job. They did a good job.

Their response time is excellent. The technicians were polite and professional. Their pricing was competitive.

The repairman arrived during the 2 hour time frame they told us he would, and called about 15 minutes before he arrived. He was friendly and polite and quick to start working. Anytime he was doing something new he called me over to take a look at what he was testing, etc. We had been having problems with our washer when it went into the spin cycle (it was moving all over the place), and the dryer was smelling a little bit like burning when it was running. It turned out that our washer and dryer could be repaired by my husband (pedestals needed to be reinstalled and a simple part on the dryer). I was very impressed by the fact that he didn't try to sneak something else really expensive in there just to make some extra money. He only charged us the diagnostic fee (call for service charge) and he went on his way. He helped me write down the parts for my husband and showed me how the pedestals should be installed. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs their large appliances serviced.

Our refrigerator stopped working properly. It had a sound like a fan was ticking on something in the unit. We called Ace Appliance, Inc. and they sent a technician out to our home to fix the problem. They set up a two hour block for the technician to come to our home to do the work. In addition, they called to let us know when the technician was on his way to the house. Excellent set up that made it nice for us. They gave us a quote to do the work. The technician put the part in to fix the problem. However, later it proved to not fix the problem. I called them back and they sent the technician out again with new parts. Again it did not resolve the issue. Finally, the problem was determined that required additional parts that were not covered by the original quote, but they stood by the original quote and fixed the problem. I was very impressed and would recommend this company to anyone!

After weeks of having our fridge freeze everything we finally called a technician. An appointment was made at our convenience, and he arrived within the two hour window we selected. He replaced the part (which is according to the internet is a problem on our model). A few days later the problem returned, and when we called, the same technician quickly returned and reset the part. It's worked well ever since. Although the repair seemed expensive, I researched the cost of the part, and I am satisfied that the price was reasonable for both the part and service.
