It wasn’t very good. They diagnosed a problem that wasn’t worth fixing – something was wrong with the drum. They sent 2 techs and I bought a new dryer.

Did a great job getting into the unit and inspecting and cleaning out debris until unit was working. professional, prompt, good price.

My dishwasher would wash my dishes but wouldnt seem to ever kick into the dry cycle. I called Ace Appliance to come out and see if they could tell me what was wrong and possibly repair it. They came out and diagnosed the problem right then. I guess the timer was apparently broken so they had to order a new one. They came back out, replaced it and it works fine now. I would highly recommend this company for being knowledgeable, efficient, and a pleasure to deal with.

That turned out fine and they repaired my ice maker. Two technicians came out total and it took them two times to complete the repair. One technician came out first to do the diagnostic and he had to order a part. A couple days later another technician came out to make the repair.

They were awesome! They fit us in the same day, diagnosed the problem and provided a quote before doing the work, and got everything done start to finish in about an hour or so. We were very satisfied!

They were professional. They were on time. They were honest. Well, it was repaired for a time. He had told me there was a possibility that it wouldn’t last and he was correct on that. But, I don’t fault them for that. They were honest with what they told me. He said that there was a possibility that would happen and it did. I had to replace the appliance but it wasn’t a big deal.

It went well. The cost to repair was too high.

The service man came on time. Service was performed and dryer is running good. Price of repairs is high. I bought the service call for 29.00 from Angies list, but I was charged tax on 59.00 which was the original price of the call. When asked why they just said that's how it's done. There was an error on the charge on my credit card. When I checked my statement on line, I was charged the wrong amount on my credit card. No one called me about the error. When I called they said they were aware there was an error and were fixing it. It was finally fixed, but no one called me back to let me know. Luckily I was able to look up my credit card account on line and was able to view my charges. Overall the repair was done, and it was done in a timely manner, but I don't think I will use them again.

Not good - I felt ripped off with no better solution than I started with BEFORE wasting money.

Received discounted service coupon on Angie's list site for this company. They called the next day to set the appointment. They came the next day on time. Service man was very professional. Got right to work. Finished job sufficiently, Presented bill. Left. I will use them again if the need arises.

They were professional, on time and it was a great service. They were very thorough and took time to explain to me what the problem was and how they would fix it.

The provider did an excellent job of determining the problem with my oven. It was the gas valve. The problem was that the manufacturer of the part that needs to be replaced is back ordering all of these parts. Provider could not ttell me when they might be able to fix my stove. Since Easter is next week, I had to go out today and purchase a new stove. Provider gave me a coupon worth $30.00 off a purchase of an appliance from Appliance Center.

It went well. It was well done and the service provider, Mr. Cameron, was a really nice guy! He was very efficient, expedient, and did everything he could. They had to put a whole new igniter in the stove, so that was the reason for the 189.00 price.

I got an appointment the same day. Technician Tim was punctual and called prior to my appointment to confirm. He was knowledgable about the services and came prepared so was able to fix washer right away. Quick fix, reasonable prices, great service. Will definitely use in the future.

i purchased the Angie's List coupon for a 29$ service call and diagnosis of a single appliance. I called on Monday for an appointment and was offered multiple times that very day but went for Wednesday due to my wife and I's work schedule. I was called just prior to the appointment window to ensure that someone was home. They did indeed show up within the window, for which they are to be commended. Our technician was Sean who was super professional. He diagnosed our problem and fixed it. Unfortunately, the problem also involves a dryer duct that vents to the roof which understandably does not fall under his realm of professional responsibilities. He fixed the problem which was a tripped fuse secondary to excess heat buildup and informed us that it was relatively unsafe to run the dryer until the root problem was fixed. I found that to be very responsible and professional. He was in and out within 25 minutes and took the time to explain the cause of the problem, his fix, and the rest of the issues that needed to be addressed in order to safely have a functional dryer.

The service was fast and the service people were knowledgable, punctual, and courteous. The work only took a few minutes after they ordered the part and returned the next week. The price seemed high to me for something that only took a few minutes but that could just be what the market price bears.

The deal saved me $30. Scheduling went perfectly. I called them and they were out that evening. The Big Deal covered the service call entirely.

Angies list had a 1/2 off service call coupon on the website, that saved me $30. The company scheduled an appointment on my next day off. The repairman Sam, arrived within the scheduled time, called and let me know he was coming. It was a common problem with washers, Sam knew what the problem was based on the description I gave. He had the part on the truck, fixed it quickly, cleaned up after himself, and was very friendly. It's been a few weeks and the washer is working fine. I'm not sure what other companies charge for service, but it seemed reasonable to me.

The service man determined from the codes that he was receiving that the problem was in the control board. He looked up a price and gave us an estimate of how much it would cost to repair. The estimate was over $400 for a 6 or 7 year old machine. We offered the opinion that we would probably purchase a new machine, to which he agreed. We then discussed several brands that he works on regularly, and he identified problems that he sees occurring with various brands. Even though we chose not to repair our old dryer, if we had decided to repair it, we would have felt confident that the repairman was competent to complete the repairs. He seemed thoroughly professional and knowledgeable about a variety of brands.

It turned out that my dryer was fine but it was just hitting the sides. It was fine and they did a fine job. The price was a lot more than I thought it was going to be.
