They were not able to fix it, but still charged me for a service call. He said he didn't know how to level floors.

Punctual, knowledgeable and friendly. Perfectly repaired the problem and help me move everything from the freezer into coolers to help keep them from spoiling.

I had already taken the bottom of my gas oven off to see the pilot light. The service tech came and diagnosed as being dirty and wiped it off around the pilot light, and then he didn't even put it back together. $70 for 5 minutes of service and I still had to put it back together myself.

They took my money, told me what my problem was and that was not the problem. Now they are not going to do anything about it. They told me how much it was to get the part. They said we have 30 days to call them back so we got the part but it was not the part. That was not what was wrong with the oven and they said they can’t do anything. They said if I get someone to tell me what the problem was, I would get my money back. I did not like them at all and will not be going back to them. The guy that came out was nice.

It went fine. Popped it in about 15 minutes.

They were on time, called before they came. Professional, gave an estimate, and fixed right away. In the case of the refrigerator, the part they put in seemed to work at first, but was found to be defective. They came back out and replaced for free.

Everything went really well. The price for the deal was very competitive, they did a good job with the repairs, and they made scheduling very easy. I've used them before with good results.

The part was not available so they came back and attached a new, non-manufacturer, alternative unit that is working beautifully.It is still working today 2/11/15. (Sorry for the late review) Saved me the cost of a new refrigerator.

I found out want I need to know for $29. That was a good deal.

My clothes dryer stopped working the day before. I went online to schedule an appointment and then talked to a representative on the phone. My appointment was for the next day. I was given a two hour window, and the service man Jimmy arrived just after the time started. Within ten minutes he had the dryer apart, diagnosed the problem, replaced broken parts, and had the machine back together and running fine. This is, I think, the fourth or fifth time I have used this service. It is so nice that they have always had the part needed in the truck and were able to fix the problem the first visit. No waiting two or three weeks for the part to be ordered and come in. Servicemen always timely, knowledgeable, and friendly.

he was very professional- the washer over flowed - he checked it out and found nothing wrong with with washer it self. He was helpful.

the repair man met with my maintenance man and took a look at the oven and said it heated up just fine.

I don't recall the exact part that was broken but I remember how he wanted to continue to fix the machine and have me pay more for repairs than what I paid for the machine to begin with.

Very nice guy showed up to look at the dryer. Diagnosed it was a computer issue, reset it, and left. No extra fees or anything which was great. Not real happy with the manufacturer who did not guide us through the button pushing to save everyone the hassle. Easy to schedule, quick to show up, solid repair guy. Will use in the future.

Dishwasher had not been used in months. It would heat up but not cycle or flush. Repairman screened and drained line. Still would not work. He took the dishwasher apart and discovered a failed inlet valve. As my dishwasher is very old and parts are no longer available, he was able to retro-fit a modern valve and the dishwasher works perfectly now. He thoroughly cleaned up after the work was done. Good man.

It went well. I called them and asked them to call my tenant to set up the appointment. They were on site and had it repaired within a few hours.

Problem is a sticky valve and a solenoid. Explained everything well. We did not get the work done yet. The quote lasts for 30 days. He did not pressure us. Told us the washer will work without the the replaced parts and showed us how to un-stick the valve.

Not that helpful I tried the internet and found out I could swap out my microwave, thermador for a LG. I did that on my own.

There was an error code on the dryer stating that one of the buttons was stuck. Blake took the dryer apart, tried to unstick the buttons, put it back together, diagnosed a new board was needed, called for part cost, & gave me a written estimate to repair the dryer. My problem (not his fault of course) the repair was $394 (including the $251 part). Informed him I would speak with my husband & Blake said it was too late in the day order the part so just let Ace know if we wanted to do the repair. Black was friendly & stayed about 1/2 hr. Kindly waited while i printed off the $30 off Angie List Deal Voucher. We are discussing our options because a new dryer is $499. We can still use the dryer by just plugging it into a multi-plug because it won't turn off completely (keeps beeping the error). Turning the multi-plug on & off in order to use the dryer..

I have had work done Ace appliance several times in the last year while living at my old apartment. The apartment wasn't great and needed a lot of work--usually the management called Ace Appliance to fix whatever we needed. Every time Ace was called, they made every effort to come that day so we wouldn't be without air conditioning or a working refrigerator long. Usually whatever we needed was taken care of within a few hours and I always got a call with a time frame and then when the technician was on his way. I am very impressed with the way Ace takes care of their customers and will continue to use them in the future.

The service man was efficient and very personable. When he came the first time, the machine quite making the squealing noise. He told me to wait so he could pinpoint the cause. It began making the noise intermittently the next time I used it. He returned and fixed it. All is working well. The machine is 18 years old and this is the first service call I have had. I was very pleased.
