Description of Work: The serviceman checked out my refrigerator as requested. He told me how to order the part I needed on line and where to find the video about how to put it on, which saved me an extra service call.

Description of Work: Their technician was very knowledgeable and professional. While he could not execute on repair of the root problem (because it was something that only a GE-certified technician could address), he informed us of our options and the associated costs we should anticipate. He also cleaned the entire refrigerator/freezer cooling unit while he was in our home just so that its performance would be maximized once the repair was completed.

Description of Work: The price was higher than what I originally thought based on the deal because of the type of refrigerator I have. They classified it in a higher service call price category. They called me the same day I purchased the "deal" to schedule the service call. The technician was timely. They had to order a part but the work was done on time, in 2 service calls and with a reasonable price. The technician was respectful and helpful.

Description of Work: I only used Ace Applliance to look at my dishwasher to see if it could be repaired. I wasn't home at the time, but he left his number. When I called him, he was very professional and didn't get annoyed with all my questions and answered them with detail and was very helpful. I ended up just getting a new one, but I would definitley call on them again if I need a repair.

Description of Work: Cory of Ace Appliance came out to evaluate the problem with my fridge having so much condensation. I needed to level the fridge which caused the problem, and Cory had to order parts that were worn. When the parts came in, Cory came and replaced them, and the fridge has been working great ever since.

Description of Work: The service tech was very professional. He evaluated my washing machine, and explained the expense to repair it. I decided to purchase a new appliance instead of repair, and he offered me a valuable coupon to appliance center to use on new washer. The coupon offset the price of service call. So in the end, I got a great evaluation from a professional free of charge.

Description of Work: My dishwasher was making a noise they came out and found the problem, it was a piece of glass that had broken that was stuck. They did a good job, and I would have them again.

Description of Work: Explained our problem with the freezer and was able to get our ice maker working without any added cost. The problem was in the water line.

Description of Work: Dryer repair. 2nd time since October. 1st service call in Octiber was told that it was lint on the heating element that needed to burn off. Dryer slowing got worse. Finally quit drying all together. Called out again. Heat element was out . Seems to be working now.

Description of Work: The serviceman was there on time to repair a frozen refrigerator. He took his time and was very professional. Solved the case of the frozen refrigerator without selling us any expensive parts. Will definitely use again.
