Mark Caskey and his very professional crew did an excellent job. The work was completed on time and with no issues. I would not hesitate to use Mark again. One of the more pleasurable tradesman I have dealt with.

They came on the day scheduled and started early with professional workers (manners and hard workers} . Mark Caskey the owner explained each step in the process before it was performed to make sure that was alright with us. The removal of our badly worn and damaged area's happened quickly with all cement debris completely removed. Then Mark even asked me about changing our step design to help me due to some medical problems I have. I was so impressed he remembered my husband telling him that!!! They worked on each area after pouring the cement to make sure they were level and looked great. They double checked with us for each area to make sure it looked good to us before moving on to another area. I would use they again for any cement work forever!!

I have a very large driveway and have had a problem with my garage flooding ever since I've owned the house due to the terracing of the plat and a cap that had been placed on the old asphalt driveway making it higher than the garage. Pro Tech solved my problem! I had discussed this problem with Mark when he originally came out to give me an estimate. They took a lot of time and went above and beyond with their laser levels as well as adding a large drain and sloping the new driveway away from the garage. We have had several hard rains since they finished the new driveway and my garage has been bone dry. The new driveway has definitely increased the value of my house and is well worth what I paid for it. All of the Pro Tech folks were very professional and Mark is very easy to work with. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs custom concrete work done.

Called to set up an appointment for a quote. Left a voicemail. After a week with no response called again and left another voicemail. Several weeks have gone by with no response. Not sure how you stay in business when you're in a field that depends on new clients and you don't call them back.

This job went very well. Mark kept to the inital estimate, which included removal of a failing brick retaining wall between the steps and house. Completely regraded hillside starting at driveway and all the way down to the lower patio. Old steps were uneven, some were 12" depth, others 24". New steps are an even 5' wide by 3' deep. Poured new patio to replace old, single-slab patio that had broken up and sunk, causing water to gather at the foundation. Mark was very communicative, as this job was delayed by the very wet, rainy summer weather. Once he was able to start, total job was completed in three days. Completely cleaned up after himself. We are very happy with the result.

Outstanding, explained everything, defined exactly what we were to receive: 4000PSI, 4inches thick, apron was 6 inches thick, with fiber mesh for reinforcement on limestone chips that were compacted. Took care of all permits and inspections. They also installed new drain that I provided. Driveway looks great.

Mark came out to give me an estimate within 24 hours. He told me that he would put in a drain tile for one down spout that dumped water on the driveway. This caused ice to form on the driveway in the winter. He them sealed the down spout at the base. We would immediately step down as soon as we walked out the front door. He said there should be a larger stoop which makes carrying objects into the house easier. The workers were diligent in their work. I saw them using a level to make sure the supports to the car port we straight. I actually gained a couple extra inches with the new driveway. The workers came back after the driveway was done and back filled the edges by the driveway. We were really happy with the new curb that they put in. Our previous entrance made us almost stop while going into the driveway. The result would have been a big jolt otherwise. Mark said they could taper the entrance and we would not have to touch our brakes while entering. After ten years using the driveway that will be nice for us but better for friends that had cars with a lower frame.

I chose this company after reading the reviews on Angie's List and going to their website. I was much more concerned about quality and was willing to pay a little more for it. However, when they came out to give me an estimate, it was not really more than other companies had quoted. That was a very pleasant surprise. The project unfortunately got delayed due to the horrible rainy weather we have had this year, but that was not their fault. They tore out my driveway when the weather was nice and I was stuck with no driveway for a couple weeks... again, not their fault and they got out to finish the driveway on the first possible chance, giving me updates all the while. Still, by the time they were able to pour, I was sick of the project just due to the weather. For that reason, I assumed that I would not appreciate the work once it was done and that it would be impossible for them to impress me. I was so wrong. It is hard to explain, but their work was incredible. Honestly, I just requested a standard driveway. I had not requested anything special because I really didn't have any preferences. I assumed I would get the same new driveway that I had observed others in my neighborhood get - in other words, basic blocks of concrete But, it is SO much better. They went above and beyond. They created a driveway that was very traditional yet which undoubtedly improved the value of my house 10 times above what a standard driveway would have done. Go to their website. Those driveways are what I got and I paid normal prices. I get tons of compliments on it. And, Mark went above and beyond even after they were finished to ensure that a drainage issue I had was taken care of. Again, I cannot say enough about how pleased I am with their service and professionalism.

Because of Mark's concern and positive attitude, if we decide to replace the patio Pro-Tech is the first company we would turn to.

Very professional company. I never expect to get compliments on a driveway, but I get them all the time. The sections they poured the concrete are very attractive as well as how the brush the concrete. I didn't ask for anything special, but they delivered it. In most any job, something won't go as you expect. This happened once during this job and Mark didn't leave until I was happy. I'm not sure why he still advertises on Angie's List because I think he can get all the business he can handle by word of mouth. I've already been asked several times for the number of who did my driveway. Not only does Mark's company do excellent work, he is a personable man that I enjoy. Also, Mark and his son work on the job they are doing. Mark also did a patio with cut-out for a fire pit for my daughter and son-in-law. They are very happy with it. The fire pit bought from Menards fit perfectly.

We haven't made any decisions of proceeding with the project but Mark was great. He looked over the patio we already have and gave us some pointers on how to fix some major issues with it and he also gave us a detailed estimate on how to proceed with the projects we'd like to have done this summer.

Excellent! Mark is the ultimate professional and his team did a wonderful job on our driveway. We solicited bids from multiple providers and I knew as soon as I met with Mark that Pro-Tech was the company we would use. He returned my call and promptly came out and provided us a quote. His quote was right in line with the other quotes we had received, but he ended up being a little less expensive due to the Angie's List coupon. He was very personable, professional, and thorough. Mark communicated well with us at all times, was always prompt, and the quality of his work was exceptional. Our original concrete was sub-par from the beginning, so we had some underlying concrete issues that Mark fixed along the way as part of the project. Our new driveway and sidewalk looks amazing! Pro-Tech did such an outstanding job on our house that the family across the street came over and contracted him to do their driveway as well. I would highly recommend Pro-Tech to anyone that is looking for a provider to do concrete work!

I called Matt Caskey and explained the problem. His suggestion was different from other companies who said get foam strips and caulk them in. Rather, Matt said he would get me professional filler strips that I could install myself. Imagine my surprise when two days later, he drove all the way to my house to deliver the material and give me instructions on how to install it. Not only is this level of service above and beyond, it also tells me the level of attention to detail he gives to his work.

We knew our deteriorating driveway needed to be replaced, but we really didn't know what to expect of the effort and cost. Using Angie's List and referrals from friends, we contacted six companies for estimates. Out of the six, three came to assess the driveway and then two of them actually submitted an estimate/bid for the job. It was our very good fortune to have contacted and then selected Mark Caskey of Pro-Tech. Mark returned our call the same day and then came over to assess our driveway. He was professional and friendly and shared a lot of information about the entire process including the effort to remove the existing driveway and then preparing for and pouring the new one. Mark answered all of our questions and provided additional information that was important for us to know when talking with all of the contractors. Mark estimated the timeline (weather dependent, of course) to be approximately 6-8 weeks on his wait list, one week to do all of the work, and then one week for drive to cure before we could drive on it. And, that was how it played out. When the work started, Mark and his crew worked hard, starting at 7:30 a.m. and working the entire day. Our driveway is long and steep with a large pad at the top. We were shocked at the amount of work they did and how smoothly it went. Throughout the process, the entire crew was pleasant, professional and willing to answer our questions. A renovation job that we had been dreading for some time turned out to be a very positive experience thanks to Mark.

I called Pro-Tech Custom Concrete to have them come out and provide an estimate for replacing my asphalt driveway. Mark Caskey came out in a couple of days and gave me what I thought was a very reasonable figure. Since his company had good comments on Angie's List, I had no hesitation in going ahead and committing to the job. He gave me an approximate date about six weeks out. That meant he was busy. He sent me a written contract describing the job just as we had discussed. Mr. Caskey called a few days before he intended to start the job. When his crew arrived, he was with them and worked right along with them. He had all the equipment needed for the job. The finish work was excellent. When the job was done, they cleaned up the area. They provided some nice touches that I did not expect. For example, they had brought some top soil and put it down along the driveway. And "caution" tape was put around the job to keep people off it.

Mark went above and beyond the call of duty. His team and his work provided high quality of work, that was neat and efficient. They even removed a basketball hoop out of my yard, at no cost; something that I've wanted done for a long time. I have recommended Mark and his team to all of my friends!

Mark came right out and provided the estimate, once I signed the contract to proceed he couldn't get to me for almost 2 months. I understand that a good contractor has a lot of work and sometimes you just need to get in line if you want a contractor that's in high demand. Mark and his crew did an outstanding job; overall they were in and out in 2.5 days. I had a walkway made of landscaping bricks at one end of the driveway and was concerned with possible damage from the removal of the old driveway--they carefully separated the driveway from the stones and relayed the new concrete without disturbing the existing walkway--what a relief. They arrived early each day and moved quickly to get the job done. At my request, they removed the grass sod along the driveway and replaced it after laying the new driveway--you'd never know I had a new driveway put in it looks so finished. They removed the pea gravel under the old driveway and replaced it with chips and dust for a better foundation--this is something not all contractors do. They added extra expansion joints in the design that really makes it standout from any other driveway in the neighborhood. They used a much better quality expansion composite material, that is also white to match the concrete, so you don't see the black felt expansion material most other contractors use. Also the composite material lasts forever, where the black felt starts falling apart within a few years. My old driveway had too much of a slope, so they raised the outside several inches which allows for better water runoff. Mark and his crew were polite and very professional, I had gotten several estimates and performed extensive research before I selected Pro-Tech. I highly recommend them and would use them again for any concrete jobs in the future.

When the original estimate was done they said it would probably be 6-8 weeks before they would be able to do our job. They actually got it done in only 4 weeks. They arrived early in the morning and completed the job the same day. The price was right and their work was excellent. I highly recommend ProTech Custom Concrete.

Installation went well. Crew explained procedures thoroughly. Had small problem with finish coat due to high humidity but was corrected promptly. We have used Pro Tech for previous jobs and have been satisfied.

I wanted to get a quote on a poured concrete patio. Called 3 times and emailed through their website. Business must be good. They seem to be to busy to reply to a new job opportunity. They may do good work if you can get them to call back. Wouldn't know.

Pro-Tech Custom Concrete is without a doubt one of the most professional companies I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Mark was on site from quote to start to finish and was very professional and courteous. The rest of the crew was great as well. They showed up on time, had all the necessary tools to complete the job and worked incredibly fast. They took extra care to replant any grass that got torn up during form laying. They even washed away all the concrete residue off the grass and left as if they were never there. I can't say enough good things about this company. I will be calling them back to re-pour the rest of my driveway/patio in the near future.

The team working ( Mark, Seth, Daren and Glen) all had the passion for what they did and it showed in the detail of the job. Protech had to pour 46 cu yards of concrete for a 30x50 garage slab with footers. They arrived on time ready to start and stuck it out through 3 down pours and continued to work the concrete, for 11 hours on a saturday, till the job was complete and looking great! The team came in on schedule and budget. Mark also answered my many questions and returned numerous phone calls I placed promptly. I would recommend Protech to anyone looking for concrete at a great price and a fantastic quality job!

Whole experience was exceptional. From initial consultation with Mark thru the entire project, he and his assistants were professional and displayed much attention to detail. Half of our old concrete drive was crumbling and pooling water. I was given the estimate and although the job ended up being more labor intensive to grade the problem area and in dealing with the less than desirable ground conditions, the price remained the same. He even added on an area for us at a reasonable charge. Once completed, the crew ensured all surfaces and surrounding areas were well cleaned prior to leaving. I am so pleased with this company. I feel that replacing a concrete driveway is one of the major repairs that a homeowner will do and I wanted it done right and I wanted it done well. Mark Caskey, the owner assured me that he does every job as if it was his own home and he certainly followed through on that promise. Not only is Mark the owner, but he works the job along side of his employees. You can set your clock to this company. They started on time each day and worked all day. If they took a break, it was never obvious to me, as someone on the crew seemed to be working every minute. My property has a tree in the front yard which caused a few problems, not to mention this city's roadwork problems that they had to deal with; but Mark and his crew addressed and corrected each problem. They used topsoil to fill in along the driveway and sidewalk, cleaned up nicely and supplied the cones to mark the new driveway. Mark and his crew are exceptional. They are professional, courteous, hard working men. This company's attention to detail and the quality of work is superb. I would highly recommend this company and would hire them again in a heartbeat!
