Pro-Tech did an outstanding job replacing our sidewalks. They were quick, professional, clean, and the sidewalk looks amazing. We used them a number of years ago to redo our driveway and they did such a great job that we contacted them again for the sidewalks. I will only use Pro-Tech for our concrete needs. Amazing!! Pro-Tech Custom Concrete removed and replaced our concrete patio and walkway with a beautiful colored and stamped patio and curved walkway. They also removed and replaced our front driveway entering the garage, and a U-shaped driveway with 2 entrances on the street. Mark and his crew addressed multiple problems with both areas, drainage, raising concrete levels so that there is only a small step now from doorways, gauging drop off to prevent water/ice accumulation. Cleanup was perfect, and Mark’s eye for detail was perfection.

Mark installed our driveway 8 years earlier and we were beyond satisfied with their work so we decided to hire again for our 40x50 Pole Barn. Mark was professional and very informative regarding pad and add on for our building. Other estimates didn’t provide and recommendations and seemed only concerned with price per square foot. During install Mark noticed elevation/drainage concerns and recommended a grate in front of one door. This is the difference with Pro Tech Custom Concrete and other companies. Mark goes above and beyond to ensure the customer is aware of potential issues providing professional recommendations yet keeping the cost to a minimum. I want to make sure Marks crew received the same recognition. Every crewman worked hard, professional ensuring all of our answers were met. Pro Tech didn’t just poor concrete, they finished every 3000+ sq ft with artistic finish and break lines. Neighbors and friends were couldn’t believe the perfect finish. Protech poured concrete on our driveway, walkway and porch. This company is awesome!! They are efficient, on time, clean, honest and had a great price! Pro-Tech Custom Concrete replaced my 33 year old driveway in October, 2023. In advance of this project I planned on getting several estimates. Mark, owner of Pro-Tech Custom Concrete was my first. After meeting with Mark I didn’t feel the need to have additional quotes. What I thought would be an inconvenient process was seamless, all because of Mark’s work ethic, communication skills, attention to details and his hard working crew. I’m always reluctant to recommend a company because everyone’s expectations are different. I set the bar pretty high and Pro-Tech Custom Concrete did not disappoint!

So where do I start? Pro-tech was great from start to finish! Estimate Mark knew exactly what I was looking for when he meet with me. He understood what I was looking for in my project! We had our drive way completely tore our redone , extended our drive way out further. Had our access redone and opened up! As well as our walk way and porch completely redone! The project was a 2 day job, first day tear out and prep. Second day pour and finishes! (So much more into this job the what it sounds!) from the get go Mark was only looking to help me get the most out of my project! Definitely some one who believe the details matter for his customers! His crew both days worked extremely hard ,we’re professional and friendly! Could not have asked for a better company and crew to do the job I needed done. We had Mark from Pro Tech replace and extend our driveway. They also replaced our front walkway with a new patio. This was the smoothest construction project we have ever had. Mark was an excellent communicator on when the project would start, when his crew would be there, and what they would be doing. The final results exceeding my expectations and I am thrilled with the results.

They were very professional and craftsmanship was excellent. When I asked for a raised crib they came up with a great solution. Crew was a join to work with.

Pro-Tech removed my old driveway and porch, installed a new driveway wide enough for two vehicles and it looks great ! They also brought in a large load of topsoil and contoured around one side of the driveway to make it match the yard ( it used to drop off approx. 18 inches.) In addition the porch was able to be installed with a slight slope to the driveway, alleviating the need for a step up to the porch. This was something that I really wanted done and was told by several other companies that it would not be possible. There have been a couple of good rains since the driveway completion and all water drains away from the house, exactly as I was told that it would. Removal of this trip hazard was very important to me and I'm very glad that they were able to accomplish this. The whole team was very professional from start to finish and I really appreciate the ease of doing business with this company !

Excellent, professional staff including “Luke on the Bobcat”. Owner, Mr. Caskey was there from the start of the project to the end. They started on time and worked until the job was complete. All employees worked as a team. We are totally pleased with the quality of their work.

Several months ago we used Angies List to select a few contractors. We wanted quotes for replacing our driveway, apron and walkway. Mark from Pro-Tech Custom Concrete stood out from the rest in the way he explained the work to be done. The three quotes we got were similar in price. Due to unusual rainfall, our project was a bit delayed. It was completed 6/26/19 and we are delighted with the great result! Not only does the drive look terrific, Mark and his great team filled in the damaged areas of lawn along the edges of the drive and walk, and he came the next day to scatter grass seed and hay on top. All the men were extremely polite, pleasant and incredibly hard-working. They cleaned up everything before they left. We recommend them highly.

Very well! Mark's crew was prompt, efficient, professional and the job looks great! He worked me in promptly, even though bigger jobs are more their specialty. The price was very competitive, especially considering that the backyard access required lots of wheelbarrow work. Mark advised me upfront there would be a delay backfilling the edges because no topsoil was yet available. I was surprised when they showed up barely 10 days after pouring with topsoil and grass seed to finish up. Thank you, gentlemen!

Mark and his crew did an excellent job. They were always on time and very professional. The first day they removed the old driveway and side walk and set everything up for pouring the concrete. The next day they poured the concrete. We were very impressed with their professionalism and work ethic. The weather forecast was for very low temperatures so they covered the work with a blanket. Mark and his crew showed up early on day one and proceeded to break up and haul away existing concrete drive and sidewalk. They brought in multiple truckloads of crushed limestone to create a base for the new concrete, placed it and compacted it. Both Mark and I were surprised to find that the original installation contained only a small amount of pea gravel and was mostly mud which explained the deterioration of the old concrete. At the end of day one they had completed the removal, placed most of the base and placed the forms for all but the apron area. Day two began with the crew arriving on time and doing many measurements of base layer to insure the drive and walk would be poured at the correct depth. Cement was poured and finished in segments. In all 3 trucks of cement were required. The attention to detail and skill of the crew when finishing the concrete was fun to watch. Even the driver of the last cement truck commented on the finish job as being beyond anything he had seen in 21 years delivering concrete. I would not hesitate to recommend Pro-Tech for any concrete needs. Great job and I am the envy of my neighborhood! I should add that I obtained 6 bids for this work and although Pro-Tech was not the lowest they were far from the most expensive. I went with Pro-Tech based on conversations with Mark (Owner) and other reviews and do not believe that any of the other bidders could or would have done a better job! Thanks Mark.

He responded quickly for the request for quote and showed up exactly when he said he would. This is shockingly hard to find these days. Once they job started they showed up on time and worked hard each day. His son is truly amazing to watch on a bobcat! They pulled my old deck posts and cleared away the grass and dirt. We had a large stamped concrete patio installed and they executed my engineering drawings expertly. After they finished they brought in dirt, planted grass seed, and added straw to any areas of the yard that was damaged. Each member of the crew was very curious and professional. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for this type of work.
