Everything went super smooth! I had a lot of questions about "best practices" on how to lay out the fence, what size gates we needed, where to place the gates etc... Daryl was very helpful in the planning process and even fulfilled some last minute requests we had - Taylor and the rest of the crew worked very hard to get the job done quickly. The whole purpose of us getting a fence was so we could let our dog out off a leash and to keep other animals out of our yard. I am extremely confident that we won't have any issues in the future. The quality of the fence is excellent. I would recommend Potter Fence for anyone looking for great quality at a very reasonable price.

Our old fence was about 25 yrs old and wearing out. It was installed with inexpensive hardware store prefab wooden sections. The new fence was installed with much higher quality materials making it a very sturdy product. The work crew arrived in a timely manner both days. They were very friendly and had very good work ethics They were very concerned that we got the fence we had envisioned, and we did! They removed the old fence and construction debris before they left. The owner of the company called us afterwards to make sure we were happy with the work done ... Very professional! We now have a very nice new fence to admire for many years to come. We are very pleased with our new fence.

I first met Darryll Potter of Potter Fence Company about six months ago to get an estimate to replace the rear fence on my property. I wasn't able to have the work done right away but needed pricing for budgeting purposes. I chose his company because his prices were similar to the others I received, but mostly because of his professional and friendly demeanor. When I contacted him again to get on their work schedule he came back over to discuss all the particulars of the job. He took time to explain everything and answered all my questions. The Potter crew is also very friendly, helpful and professional. They worked very hard to make sure I was happy with my new fence. I had some concern about how the corners where the new vinyl met the older fencing (which I also intend to replace over time), and they offered suggestions about how they could make it look more seamless. The finished product is fantastic! All in all, if you are looking for a highly competent fencing contractor who will do everything to make sure you are happy with your fencing then you should contact Potter Fence Company.

I cannot say enough about what a great job Daryll Potter and his crew did on our job. After receiving my request for an estimate, he immediately called me to set up a day and time. Mr. Potter was very patient and took the time to go over all of the options and what would work for my budget. He also provided many pictures of completed jobs to help me get a good idea of different styles. He told me that he treats each job just like "one he would do for his own home", and that is exactly what he did! The job was completed well within the estimated time frame. I contacted Darryl Potter to get an estimate for having a fence placed on our property. Darryl responded promptly. Mr. Potter was always on time for appointments. We were very satisfied with the estimate. Mr. Potter gave us a time frame for when the job would be done. He also explained that the weather would most likely be the only thing that would slow down the project. Daryl was very prompt and professional in providing us a quote for our fence. We ultimately selected another contractor but were very impressed with the time he spent in quoting our job as well as thoroughly explaining everything we had questions about.

Mike came out to give a estimate he was on time and professional. He also came back a week later to answer my concern and to finalize appointment. I am very please with workmanship and the quality of the fence, I want to thank Darrell and his crew for a job well done.

I spoke to Darryll on the phone about the work to be completed. He agreed to check his schedule and call me back within a day or two to schedule an estimate apt. He never called. I called again to check on his status. He didn't answer the phone or return my call. I would have preferred he tell me up front that he wasn't interested in our work, so I could have contacted another provider immediately rather than waiting. Very unprofessional.

Darryll and his team are true professionals. Mike Iddings of Potter fence provided the quote and was great to work with as well. The entire crew worked diligently for 3 days and installed a beautiful fence. They were punctual, honest, trustworthy, and extremely kind. I highly recommend Potter Fence to anyone in need of professional fence installation. I cannot say enough good things about this company.

Darryl and his crew are truly honest, hard-working, professional guys. They really had their work cut out for them with the steep grade and surrounding woods in our backyard. No corners were cut and they were always willing to take the time to do the job right. His quote was very competitive but I went with Darryl because of his honest and hard-working nature about him. I was very impressed with his exceptional service all around. I wish he did more than just fencing because I would hire them again in a heartbeat for other jobs.

The fence is completed, but not without unexpected problems of which neither He nor We had any prior knowledge .In digging the holes for the fence posts, he ran into a large vein of limestone and rock running through the back of our yard. The effort he put forth to get the job done well was extraordinary! It took an additional two or three days to complete, and yet when it came time for our payment, he honored the original quote. We were so pleased with how professional he handled the situation, and would certainly recommend him to others.

It went very very well, Darell is a great contractor!!. It took 3 days to complete, He was always reliable and punctual, and very honest about everything he did. Upon receipt of the materials his crews laid out the precise location and verified the alignment with property lines.They had all the necessary equipment. The whole job from start to finish was approximately 3 hours. Excellent job.

Mr. Potter came to my house soon after we called him. measured the area to be fenced, and gave us an estimate. He was very knowledgeable and professional. We contracted with him to replace our fence. The chain link fence that we wanted was green so it had to be ordered. In a couple of weeks, Mr. Potter called to let me know the fence was in and to set up a time to install it. The work was done quickly and efficiently and the fence was exactly what we wanted. The yard was cleaned up and the debris and old fence hauled away. I have since had a problem with my dog pulling on the bottom of the fence that borders the street. I called Mr. Potter and he suggested that we install a rail at the bottom of that area to solve this problem. I have been very pleased with his work and his help solving our problems. I would definitely recommend his services to friends, relatives, and neighbors.

I called to get an estimate and the owner, Mr. Potter, came out the next day. He measured my property and took the time to make notes on exactly where I wanted the fencing to go and gave some recommendations along the way. I found Mr. Potter to be very kind, knowledgeable and professional. My backyard has many trees and shrubs so several roots had to be removed before setting up the fencing. Mr. Potter did an excellent job getting rid of all the large roots before the installation. As Mr. Potter completed a section of fencing at the back of my property, one of my neighbors liked the fence so much that he asked Mr. Potter for a brochure. They removed the old chain link fencing and hauled everything away. My new fence looks great! I am very happy with the privacy I now have and the overall look and quality of the fence. I would recommend Potter Fence and Deck to anyone I know. The price you pay for their fencing, you get back in quality and service. This company takes pride in their work and it really shows!

We called several companies to come out and give estimates, Mr. Potter was prompt with sending someone out for an estimate unlike the other company's. We just moved into the house and hadn't met many neighbors, the man who came out to give us the estimate told us we needed to talk to the neighbor behind us about putting up the fence. He went over himself and talked to the neighbor for us and told him exactly what we were wanting to do. This really stood out to me and showed us what great customer service they had. Once they started the job they were so mindful of our home(ex: dug old plants out carefully for us to replant) They also kept us informed and asked questions to make sure the fence was exactly the way we wanted. We love our fence and the quality of it. We would highly recommend Potter Fence and Deck!

.I called in April for an estimate for our wood picket fence to be replaced. An estimator came out the same day and gave me a price. After a call back to get clarification on some items, we determined the best time for us was in August. They came out on a Tuesday to start the work, bringing all of the materials and equipment needed. Their first estimate was to be done in two days, but with the tremendous amount of ivy on the fence and overgrowth around other parts of the fence, plus harder than usual ground, the whole job took four days. Darryl, Greg, and Alec were very knowledgeable about what had to be done and how to do it. They worked well as a team and were prompt each day. This was the first time they had done an alternating height wood picket fence (we wanted that to match other fencing we had), and when they ran into a problem, it was quickly resolved. I would recommend them to anyone that needed a fence built.

Mr. Potter and his staff performed an excellent job. They were respectful of my property and went to great lengths to make sure that the dog was safe the entire time. They even lowered the gate a bit so that she could not squeeze out under it. The vinyl fencing is GORGEOUS! They were able to install it in front of the existing chain-link fence saving both time and money. The clean-up was awesome! They removed EVERYTHING!!! I could no??t have asked for a better company of professionals. You can't go wrong when using Potter Fence & Deck!
