The crew did such a great job, especially in 90 degree weather! I couldn’t believe it when I looked out my window at 6:30 pm and they were still working (during a thunderstorm too)! They made sure all the measurements followed the HOA rules. Very detail-oriented! EXCELLENT JOB POTTER FENCE!!!

They did a very good job. They fence is still holding up and I had no problems with them.

Initially, Mr. Potter came to my house on Memorial Day 2020. Very pleasant and polite. He measured for the fence and wrote down everything on a yellow legal pad. Since then I have sent several messages via their website and have made 2 phone calls to their office requesting my estimate. I spoke to Darryl Potter during both phone calls. I asked Darryl Potter during the second phone call when I would have my estimate and he said I would have it by Wednesday July 8th. Today is July 18th and still no estimate. What bothers me the most is that during the 2nd phone call there was no apology, no explanation of the long delay such as the virus or other illness, family emergency etc, No explanation period. I chose them based on the reviews but my experience has been terrible. I only wish I knew why a company with the reviews and Super Service acts this way. Sorry but its all true.

The crew was very professional, with the new fence completed quickly. There was a delay before they could get to me, due to all the rain we’d been having, but I was advised about that up front. I would definitely use them again!

Chose 5 foot black aluminum fencing, it comes as a "fence-in-a-box" from the fence making company (CourtYard). Potter does not make the fence, perhaps no local fence companies do. What you are paying them for that they supply is the labor. The estimate was given in April 2018, the completed fence with return visits and "fixes" was completed in August. Potter himself and one sales agent were very nice, that was the only good thing. The labor was mediocre to poor. Cement was dumped dry in the post holes and filled in, they rely on moisture in the ground and rain to make it harden. The fence line on one short section did not line up with the continuing fence on the neighbor's property, they miscalculated by half a foot. The front gate would not open beyond 2 feet, it hit the paving bricks, it took about 6 weeks for that to be fixed. The latch for the front gate was incorrectly mounted the first time and had to be moved, this left 10-11 extra drill holes in the gate posts. The workers left quite a bit of personal trash in the side yard when they left, easy for them to pick up but not done, bottles, candy wrappers, etc. The high-school kid who came and picked up the self-propelled hole digging machine ran it around like a race car driver and torn up sections of grass in our side yard and our neighbor's yard, now I'll be planting and watering grass seed for the fall. All of these were discussed on the phone with Mr. Daryl Potter. There was no decrease in the cost of the job offered for the mistakes, there is little oversight of the workers, it takes a long time to get the job done. I would choose another company next time.

Everything from the phone calls, estimates and install went perfect. They had our fence installed in a single day. Amazing.

Fantastic! Everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional. The estimate visit was thorough and informative as to various options on material. They were flexible and proactive in working with me to schedule the work. On the day of the install the owner and foreman reviewed everything and ensured we had a mutual understanding of the details. Installation was completed timely despite a thunderstorm passing through. The job site was cleaned up completely. I was extremely pleased with the quality of the fence! The fence is custom built onsite rather than using pre-fab panels as some other companies proposed for similar or higher prices. This results in a better looking fence. They use 2x4s for the horizontal fence frame rather than thinner material that some fences use which should make it last longer. The construction is precise and everything is solidly fastened together. We have uneven ground and a fairly decent slope from the side of the house, and they crafted the fence so that it flows beautifully - see photos. The gate hardware looks sturdy and works well. Couldn't be more pleased with the value received!

My experience with Potter Fence was extremely positive. I submitted my request on their website and received a timely phone call to schedule and on-site estimate. Mr. Potter was a total gentleman who provided me an excellent estimate at a fair price. After the job was scheduled, I was pleasantly surprised when the work was scheduled ahead of the original 8-12 week lead time. The installation crew worked diligently through rain and shine, to get the work done in one day. The installers were very professional and courteous, respecting mine and my neighbors' property. If I had a friend or relative with a fencing need, I would not hesitate to recommend Potter Fence.

From the moment they came out for a estimate, they were professional and friendly people. Their price was extremely fair for the work I wanted done. They even managed to fit me into the schedule almost 2 months earlier than originally anticipated. The guys were efficient and quick with little to no disruption to myself or neighbors. The owner was extremely patient with the questions I had, and even made some suggestions of his own based on previous customer's feedback to the same shadow box style I was getting. The fence is beyond what I expected it, the level of work is outstanding. I would definitely 100% recommend Potter Fence to anyone that wants any type of fencing done.

Darrel and his crew did a great job on my fence. Removed the excess dirt and left the yard clean. Darrel is very easy to work with. I would definitely recommend them and would use again

It went well. The weather conditions were not good. Workers had to do a lot in the muddy, wet lawn. All workers worked very hard.

The overall job went well. I love my fence. My neighbor and I did a joint project and our yards look great. There were delays in fence material, weather delays and delay with latches for gates at the end. The crew was always professional. I did have to contact my sprinkler company to move some sprinkler heads because the new fence was deeper than the replaced chain link fence. My only suggestion, based on an area of about 6-10 ft of grassy area that was worn down my equipment crossing and mud from a lot of rain, is perhaps there could have been an offer to add soil and grass seed to restore that area as it was prior to the fence installation. I would recommend Potter Fence. My neighbor and I added solar caps to every other fence post...great affect at night.

Played phone tag a couple of times, finally spoke with Darryl who passed my information off to someone else, who never contacted me. When I tried to contact Darryl again, I never got a call back. I know it's the busy season, but I couldn't even get someone out to quote the job.

Once we contacted Potter Fence Company, they were very prompt about getting out to our home and providing an estimate. They were able to give a good price and reasonable time line for starting the project, and even started our project ahead of time. The materials and workmanship were of high quality. The project was done within 3 days. The workers were careful not to damage our neighbor's landscaping which is adjacent to our property. They also did a nice job of cleaning up the job site before they left. Both father and son were very pleasant and professional. We would highly recommend Potter Fencing.

They were very polite and courteous. kept me informed of delays due to weather. They listened to my concerns and instructions for clearances to ground and at terminal posts due to me having small dogs. I can't attest to the longevity of the product, but it is installed very securely and they cement all posts not just terminal posts. 278 linear ft of 4 ft galvanized fence. one 4 ft wide walk gate and 20 ft wide double drive gate.

Mr. Potter and his team did a great job. Very thorough, and explained it all the process, highly recommend them to anyone.

Completely satisfied with the work that Darryl and his team put into our shadowbox fence. Very flexible and professional. We discussed in details what we can do that fits our needs and follows our HOA regulations. Most importantly, the work was exceptional! So exceptional that my neighbors and landscapers have mentioned the excellent quality fence Potter Fence Company built for us. My neighbor even said if there is a windstorm, the houses in our neighborhood will probably go before the fence -- which shows how sturdy the fence is. My husband was especially impressed with one of the teammate's work (Greg). Unbeknownst to Greg, my husband was watching him install the panels. Greg was meticulous in that for every panel he installed, he would go back several feet to ensure each panel is equally spaced. Like I mentioned earlier, we are more than satisfied with their work. A job well-done!!

Darryl and company did a great job installing our privacy fence around the back yard! The workers were professional and respectful. They went the extra mile to ensure the job was done right. We were updated on our job status as the weather pushed jobs back, there was great communication so we knew when to expect them. We look forward to many years of enjoyment and protection in our yard thanks to Potter Fence Company!
