Excellent company!!! We called the night before and left a message on their answering machine about our problem. The next morning we received a call and Mr. Sanford came to our house within an hour. He is very helpful and hard-working. Payment by check is preferred.

I had wood & glass garage doors made for a home I was building. One of the three garage doors has never worked. He has been out a few times and still has not fixed it. After a few calls, he sent us a letter stating that they were closing the "wood door" division of the company. It is no small job to get these working, and it seems as though that is why he is not wanting to come back out.

The gentleman who removed our old garage door and installed the new one was very prompt, professional and courteous. His work was quick and flawless. I would definitely recommend this company to others. Plus, they were the cheapest of four bids we received.

Called on Friday. They came out on Saturday and completed the repair in less than 1 hour. Excellent service. Very professional.

(This was my second experience with Sanford and Son? Overhead Doors.) The company was contacted, and John arrived within two hours. He was polite, professional and answered my many questions. He went right to work and got the job done perfectly, and was on his way. What a nice man and an excellent company to deal with! I highly recommend this company.

Scheduling was handled via email in a timely manner. Installer was on-time and friendly. Explained everything in detail, before beginning work and everything was completed in a timely manner. I would definitely hire them again.

This is the second time Sanford and Son have done work on my garage doors. Both times they were prompt, courteous, and thorough.

Suzanne was very nice on the phone, and John came right out even though it was Friday afternoon (the wooded garage door was one that he built and installed several years ago).

I was very disappointed that Sanford was unable to help me. They have now lost a good, and loyal customer forever.

JOHN SANFORD WORKED ALONE, WAS COMPLETED WITH THE JOB IN 3-4 HOURS AS PROMISED AND HAD NO PROBLEM WORKING AROUND THE CLUTTER IN THE GARAGE. HE CAME BACK IN A FEW DAYS TO FURTHER ADJUST THE TRACKING TO MY SATISFACTION AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE. A PERSONABLE MAN, HE STANDS BEHIND HIS WORK AND WANTS THE CUSTOMER TO BE SATISFIED.

THIS IS OUR THIRD EXPERIENCE WITH THEM, AND AS WITH EACH OF THE PAST TIMES, SANFORD & SON? DID A STELLAR JOB. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL, FROM THE PERSON WHO ANSWERED THE TELEPHONE TO THE INSTALLER. AND, THE JOB WAS COMPLETED QUICKLY.

HE DID A GOOD JOB AND GAVE ME A GOOD PRICE ON IT. HE FINISHED IT IN 40 MINUTES. HE WAS ACTUALLY A LITTLE EARLY FOR THE JOB(ABOUT 30 MINUTES), BUT LUCKILY IT WORKED OUT.

THEY CAME OUT VERY QUICKLY AND DID A VERY GOOD JOB.

EASILY SCHEDULED. ARRIVED AS SCHEDULED. WORK PERFORMED AS REQUESTED. I HAD USED THEM 2 YEARS AGO TO INSTALL NEW GARAGE DOORS, AND WAS PLEASED WITH SERVICE.

REASONABLE PRICE, THEY WERE VERY GOOD. THEY CAME AHEAD OF TIME, ONLY TOOK ABOUT AN HOUR, THEY WERE VERY ATTENTIVE ALL THE WAY THROUGH. VERY PROFESSIONAL.

JOB 1: THE SPRING ON OUR GARAGE DOOR BROKE, AND THE DOOR CAME OFF OF ITS TRACK. SANFORD & SON PERFORMED WORK FOR A FRIEND, WHO GAVE THEM A GOOD RECOMMENDATION. LEFT A MESSAGE AFTER HOURS, AND GOT A CALL BACK THE NEXT MORNING. DOUG CAME OUT THAT SAME AFTERNOON, REPLACED THE SPRING, TIGHTENED UP THE HINGES, AND OILED ALL MOVING PARTS. HE ANSWERED ALL OF OUR QUESTIONS, AND GAVE GOOD RECOMMENDATIONS. WE WILL DEFINITELY USE THEM WHEN THE TIME COMES TO REPLACE OUR GARAGE DOOR. JOB 2: THE INSTALLERS WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE PRODUCTS. THEY TOOK THE TIME TO GO OVER ALL OF THE FEATURES AND MADE SURE I UNDERSTOOD HOW EVERYTHING WORKED, AND HOW TO PROGRAM THE OUTDOOR KEYPAD. THEY WERE ABLE TO FIT US INTO THEIR SCHEDULE QUICKLY.

SANFORD & SON SERVICES INC WAS ONE OF MANY COMPANIES I CALLED FOR AN ESTIMATE. I LEFT A MESSAGE FOR THIS COMPANY ON SATURDAY AND RECEIVED A CALL BACK ON MONDAY TO GIVE ME AN ESTIMATE OVER THE PHONE, WHEN OTHER COMPANIES ARRIVED ON-SITE. I DID NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY TO PERFORM THE WORK, EVEN THOUGH THEY WERE CHEAPER THAN ALL OTHERS WERE, BECAUSE I FELT THEY WERE NOT AWARE OF WHAT THE JOB ENTAILED.

I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM AGAIN. DOUG PERFORMED THE WORK ON A SATURDAY MORNING AND HAD THE JOB FINISHED IN NO TIME. I THOUGHT THE PRICE WAS VERY REASONABLE GIVEN WHAT I HAD SEEN OTHERS HAD BEEN CHARGED BY OTHER COMPANIES. I WAS SO HAPPY, I GAVE DOUG A $20 TIP.

PERFORMED WORK A DAY AFTER THE ESTIMATE. WERE ON TIME ON BOTH OCCASIONS. HAD TO CUSTOM CUT TRACK TO FIT MY GARAGE AND WERE VERY HELPFUL IN EXPLAINING MY OPTIONS. CLEANED, OILED AND REPLACED MISSING SCREWS AS NEEDED WITHOUT BEING ASKED. WERE FRIENDLY AND KNOWEDGABLE AND I WOULD RECOMMEND TO OTHERS.

THEY WERE ON TIME, DID A GOOD JOB AND WERE REASONABLY PRICED.

JOHN WAS TERRIFIC, FRIENDLY, PROFESSIONAL AND HONEST, HE COULD EASILY HAVE SOLD ME A DOOR OPENER BUT FELT A LITTLE SERVICE WAS ALL THAT WAS REQUIRED. WOULD HAVE HIM BACK IN A SECOND.

THE COMPANY WAS ABLE TO SEND SOMEONE OUT TO THE HOUSE IN LESS THAN 24 HOURS FOLLOWING MY CALL. THE SERVICEMAN WAS EVEN EARLY FOR HIS APPOINTMENT AND QUICKLY DIAGNOSED THE PROBLEM. HE HAD IT FIXED IN LESS THAN 20 MINUTES. THIS WAS THE SECOND TIME I'VE USED THIS COMPANY AND WILL USE THEM AGAIN IF I HAVE ANY OTHER GARAGE DOOR PROBLEMS.

EXCELLENT WORK. CAME ON TIME. WORKS GREAT.
