HE WAS ABLE TO IDENTIFY THE PROBLEM, EXPLAIN WHAT I NEEDED TO DO TO FIX IT AND WALK ME THROUGH SOME OTHER SCENARIOS SO THAT I MIGHT BE ABLE TO IDENTIFY WHAT IS WRONG MYSELF NEXT TIME. I CALLED THEM THAT MORNING AND THEY SAID THAT THEY WOULD BE OUT THAT AFTERNOON. THEY WERE THERE BY 2:30. THEY WERE COURTEOUS AND EASY TO DO BUSINESS WITH. THIS WAS THE SECOND TIME THAT WE HAVE HAD THEM DO WORK FOR US.
Description of Work: THEY IDENTIFIED WHY MY GARAGE DOOR WAS NOT WORKING. THEY DID NOT REPLACE THE BROKEN PART BECAUSE THEY DID NOT HAVE ONE IN STOCK. I BOUGHT THE PART AND REPLACED IT MYSELF. I PAID THEM FOR THE SERVICE CALL.
