Description of Work: AFTER SEVERAL PHONE CALLS, THIS COMPANY CAME OUT TO PROVIDE AN ESTIMATE ON REMOVING AN OLD, HEAVY COMMERCIAL-STYLE ROLL-UP GARAGE DOOR, INSTALLING A NEW GARAGE DOOR, AND INSTALLING A NEW OPENER. THEY SPENT APPROXIMATELY 15 MINUTES ANALYZING THE EXISTING DOOR. WHEN THEY DEPARTED, THEY STATED THAT THEY WOULD HAVE AN ESTIMATE TO US WITHIN A DAY OR TWO. WE NEVER RECEIVED AN ESTIMATE, EVEN AFTER SEVERAL PHONE CALLS TO THEIR OFFICES.
