Description of Work: Eight years ago they installed a closet system in our walk in closet. We were very happy with the system but we were having trouble with a couple of drawers. The warranty was out but they came out and fixed the problem and did not charge us. I would recommend Closets By Design.

Description of Work: TYhey installed a wall of closets and a window seat and cabinets over the window. The designer helps with the details of the project as I really knew what I wanted but not the features they could provide. The installer was great! We had a few room issues and ceiling issues and the installer was able to offer some insight and solutions to the problem. he was great! If I have a project like this in the future I will definitely have them on the list to review.

Description of Work: Closets by Design did a complete remodel of the master closet from floor to ceiling. They even upgraded us to a darker wood then we had agreed to by contract. Everyone who has seen the closet has been very impressed. The gentleman that actually did the installation was great! I have never seen anyone work so diligently to get a job done and done well.

I USED THIS COMPANY EARLIER AND WROTE A GLOWING REPORT ABOUT THEM. THE COMPANY HAS CHANGED HANDS AND THIS TIME THINGS DIDN'T GO SMOOTHLY, ALTHOUGH THE CLOSET DID FINALLY TURN OUT WELL. THE DESIGNER DID NOT ACCOUNT FOR AN EXISTING SHELF ON THE WALL WHICH WOULD NOT HAVE ALLOWED ONE OF THE DOORS ON THE NEW CLOSET TO OPEN. THE INSTALLERS WERE KIND ENOUGH TO MOVE IT, BUT DID NOT REINSTALL IT EXACTLY LEVEL. ALSO THE CLOSET WAS VERY LARGE AND THE FIRST INSTALLER WAS INEXPERIENCED. HE WAS FRUSTRATED THAT HE COULD NOT INSTALL IT HIMSELF, BUT NO ONE ELSE WAS WORKING ON SATURDAY TO HELP HIM. HE AND ANOTHER INSTALLER CAME TO FINISH THE JOB A COUPLE DAYS LATER AND CONFIRMED IT WAS A TWO MAN JOB DUE TO THE CLOSET SIZE. THEN I NOTICED A DOOR WASN'T SHUTTING QUITE RIGHT, AND THE INSTALLER SEEMED TO ADJUST IT, BUT I REALIZED AFTER HE LEFT THAT THE DOOR WAS WARPED. THEY RETURNED THE NEXT DAY TO REPLACE THE DOOR. THE JOB CAME OUT FINE, BUT IT WAS TAXING ON MY TIME. NOT SURE IF I'D HIRE THEM AGAIN.

THE DAY AND TIME CAME AND WENT. NO PHONE CALL CAME TO EXPLAIN THAT SHE COULD NOT COME. I CAN BE VERY UNDERSTANDING OF PROBLEMS OCCURRING, BUT TO NOT CALL TO CANCEL, IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. AFTER ALL SHE WAS THE ONE WHO CALLED US. WE ARE VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THEIR CONDUCT. WE WERE LOOKING FORWARD TO HAVING THEM DO THE WORK. THEY HAVE A REALLY NICE LOOKING PRODUCT, BUT NOT CALLING IS ABSOLUTELY NOT ACCEPTABLE.

AMAZING GROUP. ABSOLUTELY BENT OVER BACKWARDS TO DELIVER TOP NOTCH SERVICE AND QUALITY. KEVIN BUILDS THE UNITS BUT FILLED IN AS THE SALES PERSON IN ORDER TO HONOR THE APPOINTMENT WHEN THE SALES PERSON BECAME UNAVAILABLE. CAREFULLY DREW OUT THE PLANS, VERY PERSONABLE/CAPABLE. KEVIN BUILT MY UNITS THE SAME DAY AND THEY WERE INSTALLED LESS THAN 48 HOURS LATER. I DON'T THINK THEY PROMISE SERVICE THAT QUICK EVERY TIME, BUT IT CERTAINLY DEMONSTRATES THEIR COMMITMENT. INSTALLER ALSO EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL, POLITE, QUICK, CAPABLE. FELT VERY COMFORTABLE HAVING HIM WORK IN THE HOUSE. MANAGER ALSO CALLED ME PERSONALLY TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WAS SATISFACTORY. I'M NORMALLY HARD TO PLEASE. I'VE HAD VERY FEW EXPERIENCES WITH COMPANIES THAT KNEW THE VALUE OF GOOD SERVICE AND QUALITY. I'LL DEFINITELY USE THEM IN THE FUTURE AND RECOMMEND THEM HIGHLY.
