Came within 1/2 hour to inspect problem. Returned next day with an innovative ( non digging ) solution that worked! Great expertise and performance.

What a pleasure it was dealing with this company. I called for them to come out and clean out our septic tank and they came out 3 hours later; the same day! The person who came out was very professional and friendly and knew what he was doing. When removing the lid I saw the lid, though the years, had broken and the top of the tank needed repaired. The guy cleaned the concrete debris away from the tank, cleaned the tank out better than we have ever had it cleaned out and then hosed the tank down and cleaned some more. He took measurements to fix the lid on the tank and called them in. The company owner made arrangements to work me into their repair schedule, within the several days and then covered the tank to prevent any more damage and to prevent any one or animal from falling in.

He thoroughly pumped the tank dry. He was very good about explaining how the system worked and what to be aware of. He was not shy about sharing his knowledge with me. After he was done, cleaned up and ready to go he took the time to speak to my neighbor about his situation as well. Great guy, great company.

I called in the morning and they actually came out to do the service the same day. Excellent service. Very polite and professional. I would definitely use them again.

I called Judy and she was very friendly and knowledgeable about septic tanks and sizing to provide a quote for service. I got an appointment within 2 days of calling. They were prompt on the time when they gave me the appointment and were done in about an hour for cleaning out my tank. The service tech was very friendly and answered all my questions about maintenance. I will be calling them again next time I need service

They were very prompt in answering my call. They were out the next morning. Showed up when they said they would. They did good work and did not damage my lawn while hauling equipment across it.

Everything went well. They did everything that we asked and didn't overcharge. We were very happy with their service.

Called to schedule routine service of septic tank cleanout. Scheduled service a few days later at our convenience. Left recommendations of other services needed. Did not pump out second tank because it did not need it. Gave us requested estimate for repairs to distribution box and to call them if we would like to do this.

Contacted this company on Monday Jan 3. They got back to me on Tuesday am. Told the company that we were experiencing a septic odor outside after the most recent wet weather. Randy came on Tuesday and checked it all out and did not feel it was necessary at this time to clean or pump. He only charged us for the inspection fee. He could have tried to sell me on a pump out or other services. I appreciated his honest business dealings. I will call him again in a year and a half for further maintenance services when they are due.

I called and Judy promptly returned my call. She is so helpful and professional. She gave me a few options of when to come out and do the work. It was a huge service that we didn't have to be home to have the work performed. It was so easy to schedule, and Judy answered my questions and concerns with care and expertise. She was able to tell me when they last cleaned our tank and made a recommendation for the next cleaning. When they came out the next day to clean the tank, we received a page for our records stating the condition of the tank and leachfield and the work performed. We will continue to use their service.

Called and response was immediate. Came out next day and determined that only one of the two tanks needed cleaned; professional and didn't try to oversell. Price was most competitive and responsiveness was great. Will definitely use them again.

They were wonderful! I called and somebody was at my home within 30 minutes. They were very professional, left no mess and gave me some tips on regular septic maintenance. I would highly recommend them.

They did excellent work. They put down grass seed and straw around the replaced box. Otherwise, I wouldn't have known they did the work.

I called Bob's Septic Tank Service to have my aeration tanks pumped out. Randy came out the next day to do the work. He was very pleasant and helpful as he worked, showing me everything he was doing and explaining the aeration system to me. He saw that the motor was not running, so he did some trouble shooting to see if he could get it started. Randy then contacted his boss to come out and take a look, hoping that the motor could be repaired. Guy arrived later in the day and determined that the motor (which was old) would need to be replaced. He gave me a fair price and offered to order and replace the motor. The motor arrived and was replaced within a couple days. Guy was very professional and honest, and I had confidence in his work.

They were prompt and the price was reasonable.

We noticed a smell from our septic tank and called for a clean out. When they came out to clean it, they checked and said that it really wasn't in need of cleaning. The smell just showed that it needed more active live cultures and he told us how to inexpensively take care of that. He said there was no charge and just call them when we really did need to have it pumped out. A few days later I even got a phone call from the owner explaining that taking antibiotics can cause the problem, which was actually the case in February. All in all, I was very impressed with this company and the people. I will tell others about them and use them in the future.

He did a very nice job. He didn't leave a mess in the yard of what he pulled out of the septic tank. The price was reasonable for the work he did. When I called, they were responsive and showed up when they said they were going to.

No problems from initial call to payment.

It was the easiest transaction I have ever completed. I called the number and said I needed my septic tank pumped. They took my address and said someone would be out within three days. That was it -- the call lasted less than 30 seconds! Three days later my tank was pumped and they mailed me a bill. The bill detailed some water back up issues they found and told me how to handle it.

Arrived on time, was very helpful in reviewing what he had done and answered all questions.

SERVICE ON BOTH OCCASIONS WAS PROFESSIONAL, PROMPT AND VERY REASONABLY PRICED. WILL USE THEM IN THE FUTURE AS WELL.
