Description of Work: Bill (owner) came to my house on 5/18/15 for an AC tune-up. Bill stated he could not perform any work because the compressor would not start and it was a warranty issue that he could not service. No service was performed. Bill stated he would not charge for the visit and to request a refund. Bill is a stand-up guy. Thanks

Description of Work: I purchased a deal for $59 for air-conditioning tune-up, cleaning, and inspection. He charged me more for adding freon to the service. I felt he gauged me for it but the Angie's List deal was pretty good.

Description of Work: He was very informative, performed a tune up on my a/c and checked my furnace. He also added more freon.

Description of Work: Bill performed all of the requirements on the Angie's List Deal for an air conditioner tune-up that I purchased for $59.00. I did not have to pay any additional amount. He did not find anything wrong with my air conditioner.

Description of Work: The service member was at our address for a short time. He did check the freon levels for the A/C, in the basement he verified that the filter was clean and tested the temperature of the air output. He said that all was fine. Perhaps I misunderstood what service to expect, but neither was the outside unit opened up nor was it cleaned in any way.

Description of Work: The serviceman can to the house did a very good inspection, answered our questions, exactly what we were looking for. Three days after the inspection, lightning hit the outside unit and burnt out a component, called D and L Heating, they came right out fixed the problem at a reasonable price Very pleased with the service. If needed we will use them again and will recommend them to anyone who needs Air conditioner/Heating work. |

Description of Work: Replenished Freon in air conditioner. Works fine now.

Description of Work: Mr Dohn showed up promptly and proceeded to inspect my two AC systems. In one unit he found a mouse nest and one wire that had been chewed through by the mouse. He checked the refrigerant charge on each unit and replenished to proper levels. He then checked the temperature of the air coming from my registers, which were at least 20F below the ambient temperature in my home.

Description of Work: Came and tuned up our upstairs air conditioner. Really nice man, knew his stuff, cleaned the air conditioner and added anti-freeze. Will use him again.
