Excellent. D & L fit me into their schedule the day after I called for an inspection. Both representatives were very professional nice, and took the time to answer my questions and make suggestions without a pressured sales pitch.

Bill returned my call promptly I told him I have to have AC for asthma and he was at my home within hours. He was extremely reasonable in price and very knowledgeable in recommending an electronic air filter. He advised a yearly check up due to the age of the H/AC units. There was no hard sales pitch which we appreciated!

I picked D&L from Angie's List. Bill responded to my call almost immediately and gave a very reasonable quote on the spot. The installation happened couple of days later and it was also very smooth. His staff was very professional and helpful and even offered to help if we run into problems installing a new thermostat. There was a billing error, and after I called it out (over the weekend), Bill personally came to my house first thing on Monday and dropped off the correction check. In general, the service is superb and it was a pleasant experience working with them. I will definitely call Bill again for any Heating and A/C problems in the future.

Bill came to the house on 09/25/07 to service the existing furnace, and the start up flame was blowing out the front of the unit. This was not good. After talking with Bill, we decided to purchase a new furnace and air condition unit. This unit was installed the next day, by his two employees. The work was completed in an outstanding manner. These guys were good.Was so happy with the whole process, from start to finish.

Very well. He called when he said he would call and showed up on time. He was very knowledgeable and did not try to sell me things I did not need.

Bill was extremely professional and courteous. He explained everything and showed me what was wrong with the current system. He replaced the capacitor the Friday before Labor Day weekend so that we would have A/C for the long weekend, and his son and son-in-law came out on Tuesday morning to install the new unit. They were friendly and professional, and also kept the area quite clean. They did not even take a lunch break! They also noticed while installing the furnace that our home's humidifier had never been installed and therefore was not functioning. For no extra charge, they connected the humidifier and ensured that it works properly.

Experience was excellent. Response was very timely. Answered all my questions about condition of equipment.

Bill was very nice and did a good job. He gave good advice and warned about any potential problems. He called me back right away and came right out when he said he would.

The experience was first rate as always. I have used D&L over the years and they have always been excellent. If you want someone who has been around long enough to have seen it all, and if you want someone who can quickly and accurately diagnose and fix an HVAC problem, Bill is your man.

The technicians were promt in showing up for work and very courteous to my wife and I. After successful installation of the new furnace and heat pump, the technicians then took the time to walk us through the particulars of the new system. They explained all the bells and whistles, plus answered any questions we had. We are pleased and would recomend D& L Heating and Cooling to our friends.

I was very pleased with the service that I got. Our A/C works fine. Josh is happy to answer any questions that come up (I've already called him once, since the installation). Before the installation, I had a question about the model that the company had selected. Bill, the owner, said that he'd check on it for me and got back to me the same day. This company seems very solicitous of it's customer's needs.

They are fantastic. Really down to earth.

I called for an estimate on a Monday afternoon. Bill came over that afternoon and gave me the estimate. I agreed to it that evening and they installed everything on Thursday morning. Everything has worked great so far, and I was very happy with the whole process.

Our A/C is about five years old and had never been checked. From the start this company was very responsive, even returning my call after hours on a Friday of a holiday weekend. Since this was just routine work and not an emergency we were able to wait a few days for him to schedule a service call (A heat wave just began and I didn't mind waiting for others who were without A/C altogether). A previous furnace check last fall by another company left me with a list of cleanings and services I asked D&L to do. He informed me these were not necessary as my systems are not old enough and that someone was trying to rip us off. That saved a lot and I appreciate his honesty. He checked the thermostat and vent settings and added two lbs of Freon. In no time our A/C was cooling better than ever. Service call was $30, labor $30, Freon $30/lb. I felt the price was fair. He called the day before his scheduled arrival and the morning of, very courteous.

They came on time and got my air conditioning to work.

Mr. Dohn investigated the problem soon after we discovered it and recommended replacement of a 14 year old condenser. He scheduled the work the following Tuesday, the group arrived early in the day and completed the work by early afternoon.

There was some confusion regarding what work was to be done when installers arrived, and this was partly our fault because we confirmed the work with Bill verbally over the phone (after the home visit). It would have been better if Bill had given us more information, originally. Nathan responded very appropriately and clarified everything quickly by phone, with additional warranty time added to compensate. Josh and Nathan completed the job within two hours and gave us some helpful information for improving our overall heating/AC efficiency. Josh & Nathan were very professional and willing to deal with all of our questions as new homeowners. We felt the price was reasonable, and they honored our AL coupon. We would definitely hire again.

He came out yesterday and told me how much a new thermostat would cost. He also gave me an estimate for other work that we may or may not have done. He told me that he would send one of his sons our to perform the work for me. His son came out today, and I was very impressed. He seemed extremely knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly to me. I switched to a digital thermometer which I'm not used to and he explained how to work it for me. The work took about two hours.

He was very punctual. He was out here 20 minutes after my phone call. He had the parts he needed. Once he was here, he was done in 20 minutes. He performed a draft test and told me that my duct work did not need to be cleaned and not to let anyone tell me it had to be cleaned.

Job 1) Excellent. Tried to minimize or eliminate my cost. Was very prompt in coming out and fixed things quickly and efficiently. Job 2) Contractor was very responsive. Showed the evening I called him, made a temporary repair and returned the next day to complete the repair.

They were extremely prompt. They were very professional and friendly.

Called Bill- he was able to come whenever I was available. So I scheduled that week. He seemed very knowledgeable. Gave good explanation as to what the problem was. I noticed an immediate improvement. House was much warmer.

Called me back, gave me his personal phone number, came out and checked it out. Even moved my thermostat for me because the screws were coming out of the drywall. He was professional, on time and answered all questions.

I can't tell you how good they are! They're in and out. They clean up any mess that comes up. They explain what they're doing and why, and now I have heat!

Great! Josh called to verify arrival time. Thoroughly checked furnace. Made recommendations on basic owner maintenance. While older furnace, he didn't not push buying new one.
