Bill called in the morning and asked if he could come at that time, which was earlier in the day than previously planned. All went well.

very rapid responce. talked to the owner/repairman with having to call and get all the prompts that most buissnes`s use.

They showed up the same day I called them at the time they said they would. They decided it needed a new motor. They came back the next morning and installed it. Their price was fair and reasonable. They did a great job and I am very pleased with them. Bill, the owner, came the first time and his son-in-law, Nathan, did the replacement. It is a small family owned business and I like dealing with those kinds of businesses.

I awoke Thanksgiving morning to a house 65 degrees and dropping despite the heater running. Bill of D&L Heating and Cooling came over within 30 minutes of me calling (7:45am) and had my heater repaired before the Macy's Parade started. He could have easily price gouged me as it was a holiday, but the total cost of parts and labor was $190. Worth an A+ rating but A is as high as they go.

Bill checked out our furnace and showed us what the problem was and what to do in case it happened again. He was prompt, efficient, polite, and very knowledgeable. We will definitely call D&L Heating and Cooling for any future repairs/replacements. Thanks, Bill, for your prompt service on a cold, holiday weekend.

Our heat was not working. I checked Angie's List for a recommendation and found that D+L was local to my neighborhood. I called and spoke to Bill Dohn who asked a few questions about my furnace and was here, fixed it, and was on his way within an hour of my call. Bill is a nice guy and did a great job at a good price. I'll be sure to recommend him to my neighbors as well.

They came on time. They had a fair price. They showed up on time when they installed the unit. They knew what they were doing. They did a nice cleanup. It is only day old, but has been operating nicely for the last 24 hours.

Bill Dohn arrived within an hour of my calling (he was in the area on the Columbus Day holiday). Because I neglected to tell him my unit contained R410A refrigerant and he had none on his repair truck, he had to return the next day with the R410A refrigerant. He returned on time and promptly went to work, methodically checking the performance of my furnace and heat pump. He confirmed that the unit was low on refrigerant and refilled it. He inspected the furnace and outside units confirmed they were operating efficiently, patiently explained each step of his work and provided advice on proper operation of the system. He completed his work within an hour, replaced all doors and covers and cleaned up after himself.

Everything turned out pretty well. They had a good price and they did a good, thorough job.

They were very prompt in responding and were at the house within an hour. They replaced the filter and had to thaw out the compressor which took a couple of hours but the results were very satisfactory.

They were quick to respond to my call for an estimate and very quick on scheduling the installation (basically, next day). The crew was professional and did a great job. I saw immediate and significant savings in my gas and electric bills.

He did an excellent job. He explained everything to my husband as he went along. My husband is very comfortable with the work he did.

They'd forgotten to put us on their calendar, I contacted them after we'd been waiting for 45 minutes to show up and as it turned out they were very close by and raced over to take care of us (albeit 60-75 minutes later than the original appointment). A little frustrating since I had to take time off of work to be there but it turned out okay in the end. A quick check outside and it was determined our system needed to be recharged, a refill later and a few checks and our system was performing better than it should be, cooling very efficiently. Their price was less than another group we've used in the past as well...

Prompt, pleasant, knowledgeable, and reasonable. Will definitely call again in the fall for furnace tune-up.

Initially, we had some problems, but they were all resolved. Later, a leak in the system led to more problems. D & L Heating and Cooling was responsive, and in the end, replaced the heat pump, coil, and some other parts. The system now seems to be working well (although just recently the AccuClean Filter System began having problems, and I am waiting for D & L to return my call). Overall, I have been happy with their work and would consider using them in the future.

Very, very cold day and woke up without heat. Josh came out and looked at the furnace and heat pump along with the breaker and found the breaker was the problem. He ran out, purchased another breaker and fixed the problem. Though this sounds cut and dry, finding the problem took a great deal of time and required a great deal of patience. Josh was very professional, informative, and fair. Very glad they found time to come out right away.

The service tech was both prompt and professional. A 35' flexible liner was installed - dropped thru the vent on the roof and connected to the water heater in the basement. It took under 45 minutes for the work to be performed. There was no pricing breakdown given re: parts vs. labor. The total bill was $350.00 and they took $10.00 off for my being a member of AL.

The service tech was prompt and professional. There apparently was a clog (spider's nest/web) and the HVAC was not draining properly causing a back up of water and leaking from inside of the unit. Service call= $35.00 /Labor= $ 60.00 /$$$ additional $75.00 for unclogging of the pipe/drain???? Pricing seemed very high for less than 1 and 1/2 hrs worth of work & there were no parts necessary.

Furnace stopped working I called this contractor and left a message. After an hour or so, it came back on. Contractor returned my call and I described the problem. He suggested several possibilities, but also said that it was not easy to replicate the condition. He said it would be expensive for him to try to diagnose and might not reveal anything. I thanked him and the furnace has functioned flawlessly ever since.

I had a real problem with them. While they were removing the furnace they had dropped it. I had problems with them aggreeing to pay for the damages. It took me four months to resolve the issue. They did a wonderful job installing the new the furnace. They were very polite and we stayed in touch until we had the issue resolved.

He was able to diagnose the problem right away. He was able come up with a adequate solution that has worked ever since. Bill Dohn is a nice guy and he is knowledgeable.

Bill came to our house immediately after I called him. Bill found a safety shut-down sensor that had soot on the tip of the sensor. He cleaned the sensor and the furnace works fine. It was a real easy fix and he showed me how to clean the sensor myself next time.

Two weeks after the company performed our annual furnace inspection, we noticed that our heat was not coming on. The company responded very promptly in coming to our house within a day. They determined that our secondary inducer motor was short circuiting and needed to be replaced. The installation is more difficult because it is in a crawl space. The heater works fine now.

Was prompt, and completed installation in about 2 hour. Pleasant.
